Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) is the critical first phase of red team engagements. This guide details how to systematically collect publicly available data about a target organization. It covers mapping network assets (domains, IPs), identifying personnel for social engineering, discovering credential leaks, and mapping the entire technology stack. Use this skill during authorized security assessments to build comprehensive attack surface maps and initial access strategies.

Automate Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection and target profiling using the SpiderFoot REST API and CLI. This tool leverages over 200 modules to map an organization's attack surface, collecting structured data including domains, IPs, email addresses, leaked credentials, and DNS records. Ideal for conducting comprehensive security assessments, threat intelligence gathering, and incident response procedures.

This skill automates the monitoring of public paste sites (e.g., Pastebin, GitHub Gists) to detect leaked credentials, API keys, and sensitive data dumps. It employs advanced regex patterns and keyword matching to provide early warning of security breaches, crucial for incident response, vulnerability assessment, and threat intelligence gathering.

A comprehensive skill for auditing service accounts across complex enterprise environments, including Active Directory, major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases. It identifies risks such as orphaned accounts, over-privileged access, and non-compliant credentials, ensuring adherence to industry standards like SOX, PCI DSS, and HIPAA. Used during security assessments and compliance reviews.

This skill guide provides a comprehensive framework for automating the secure rotation of service account credentials. It addresses the challenge of managing long-lived secrets across diverse environments, including Active Directory, AWS, GCP, Azure, and databases. By implementing centralized secrets management (like HashiCorp Vault) and automated workflows, users can systematically eliminate stale credentials, dramatically reducing the risk of security breaches and non-compliance.

Simulates man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks by stripping SSL/TLS encryption, forcing HTTPS connections to downgrade to insecure HTTP. This skill is designed for authorized penetration testing to validate HSTS enforcement, assess certificate validation mechanisms, and train security teams on detecting cleartext data leakage during a downgrade attack.

This skill covers the technical process of setting up SSL/TLS inspection (decryption) on next-generation firewalls and proxies. It details how to act as a trusted Man-in-the-Middle to intercept, decrypt, and inspect encrypted HTTPS traffic for malicious payloads, data exfiltration, and policy violations. The workflow includes generating internal Certificate Authority (CA) certificates and deploying them across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) to ensure visibility into the web's encrypted blind spot.

This skill utilizes PyMISP, the official library, to programmatically manage the lifecycle of threat intelligence within a MISP instance. Users can create structured events containing Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) such as IPs, domains, and hashes, enrich these events with MITRE ATT&CK tags, manage sharing groups, and export the collected data in standardized STIX 2.1 format. Ideal for security assessments, incident response, and integrating external IOC feeds.

Conducts comprehensive, sector-specific threat landscape assessments by profiling key threat actors, mapping attack vectors, and detailing associated MITRE ATT&CK TTPs (covering financial, healthcare, energy, etc.). Utilizing sophisticated data analysis via Python stacks and integrating real-time threat intelligence feeds (ISAC, CVEs), this tool generates highly actionable intelligence for risk management, security investment prioritization, and high-level board-level reporting on industry exposure.

A comprehensive guide detailing systematic steps to remediate Amazon S3 bucket misconfigurations that expose sensitive data. Procedures include enabling S3 Block Public Access, auditing and restricting overly permissive policies and ACLs, enforcing default server-side encryption (KMS/AES-256), and using AWS Config/Security Hub for automated compliance checks. Essential for achieving robust cloud storage security compliance.

Grype is an open-source vulnerability scanner by Anchore that inspects container images, filesystems, and SBOMs for known CVEs. It leverages Syft-generated Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) to match packages against multiple databases including NVD, GitHub Advisories, and OS-specific feeds. It is ideal for security assessments, CI/CD integration, and implementing severity-based build gates.

This skill guides the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Defender for Cloud (CNAPP) across Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments. It covers enabling specialized security plans for various workloads (servers, containers, databases), managing the Secure Score, and implementing advanced security controls like Just-In-Time (JIT) access, ensuring comprehensive cloud workload protection and compliance.
