This技能 is used when analyzing complex propositions, debating, or reviewing arguments within the CrossFrame Suite. It helps users deconstruct claims into testable arguments, identifying hidden premises, strongest counterarguments, evidence requirements, and conditions for withdrawal, ensuring conclusions are robust and non-judgmental.

This guide helps authors strategically position their academic work within the existing body of sociological literature. It teaches how to frame a paper not merely as filling a knowledge gap, but as resolving a core theoretical tension or participating in a live, generalist debate. It is essential for improving submissions to highly selective, theory-driven journals like AJS.

The American Journal of Sociology (AJS) prizes theoretical ambition and general significance over subfield novelty. This guide provides a rigorous framework and a four-part test to help researchers pressure-test their ideas. It assesses whether a project engages with the broadest sociological debates, possesses a portable theoretical payoff, and is framed for the most appropriate academic venue (AJS vs. ASR).

A guide on framing sociological research to transcend narrow subfields. This technique teaches authors how to position their findings within a broad, general sociological debate—such as those concerning institutional mechanisms or inequality—rather than presenting it as a limited niche study. It emphasizes treating the contribution as a theoretical 'move' that advances general sociological understanding and engages with cross-subfield debates.

This guide teaches authors how to frame their research contribution for a high-impact, generalist journal like the British Journal of Political Science (BJPS). It emphasizes moving beyond niche literature reviews to engage with broad, live, cross-subfield, and cross-national debates. The goal is to satisfy both specialized experts and generalist editors by clearly defining the academic gap and positioning the study as a significant move in the field's debate.

This guide helps authors strategically position their research within active academic debates, particularly in accounting. It ensures the contribution advances a live accounting conversation, clearly distinguishes the work from related finance or economics papers, and adheres to necessary disclosure rules regarding the authors' own concurrent publications. It transforms a manuscript from merely reporting findings into actively joining and advancing a scholarly dialogue.

This skill guides researchers in refining broad philosophical topics into sharply focused, significant, and defensible theses. It teaches the rigorous process of ensuring a proposed project meets high academic standards—specifically requiring a clear, debatable claim, relevance to live debates, and scope manageable within a defined length. Use this to pressure-test your ideas before committing to writing.

This guide provides a rigorous framework for positioning scholarly manuscripts for highly specialized journals like Public Opinion Quarterly (POQ). It emphasizes that a successful paper must engage with both the substantive academic debate (e.g., opinion theory) and the foundational methodological lineage (e.g., nonresponse, survey error). It teaches authors how to precisely define the research gap, articulate the contribution's move, and pre-empt common methodological objections from expert reviewers.

This guide teaches authors how to position their research manuscript for top-tier journals like Social Psychology Quarterly (SPQ). It emphasizes framing the work within specific sociological theoretical programs (e.g., symbolic interaction, structure–individual link) rather than general psychological findings, ensuring the contribution speaks directly to the field's ongoing academic debates.

This skill orchestrates a two-model debate review for GitHub PRs, GitLab MRs, or Azure DevOps pull requests. It pits a main reviewer against a debate reviewer to identify code quality issues and blind spots before posting final inline comments. The tool supports local working tree reviews and requires delegate-skills lanes for automation. It ensures thorough pre-merge analysis without direct approval actions.
