Skill UI

This comprehensive workflow guides the process of building and deploying new features that must maintain consistent functionality and design across multiple operating systems (web, mobile, and desktop). It strictly follows an API-first architecture, starting with defining shared API contracts (OpenAPI/GraphQL) and a unified design system. The process then guides parallel implementation across specialized stacks like React/Next.js, SwiftUI, and Jetpack Compose, ensuring high code consistency and faster time-to-market.

VideoDB ingests files, URLs, RTSP feeds, or desktop captures to build searchable visual and spoken indexes, edit timelines with overlays/subtitles, generate media, and emit realtime alerts for monitoring workflows.

This skill guides the comprehensive packaging and deployment of applications built with Makepad. It covers building for multiple target platforms, including desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile (Android, iOS), and WebAssembly. Use this guide when setting up CI/CD pipelines, generating distributable installers (.deb, .dmg, .apk, .ipa), or automating release artifacts using tools like cargo-packager and cargo-makepad.

This skill provides expert guidance on Makepad's cross-platform development lifecycle. It helps users understand platform-specific APIs, manage conditional compilation (e.g., macOS, Windows, WebGL2), and handle OS-specific behaviors across desktop, mobile, and web environments. Use it when targeting diverse deployment targets or integrating platform-level features.

A comprehensive guide to building highly performant and reusable UIs across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Desktop, Web) using Compose Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose. It details advanced patterns for state management (Single State Object, Event Sink), type-safe navigation, slot-based composables, platform adaptation (Expect/Actual), and crucial performance optimization techniques.

A comprehensive guide for building robust, production-grade desktop applications using Electron. This skill covers advanced topics including multi-process architecture, mandatory security hardening (contextIsolation, sandbox), secure IPC communication, and best practices for packaging, code signing, and implementing auto-update features.

MCPB is a specialized local server bundle that packages the entire runtime environment (Node.js or Python) alongside the server code. It allows developers to distribute and run complex MCP services directly on a user's machine without requiring the user to pre-install specific runtimes or toolchains. Use this when the server must interact with the local filesystem, desktop applications, or OS-level APIs.

XcodeBuildMCP is a unified skill set designed to streamline the entire mobile and desktop development lifecycle. It replaces raw command-line tools like xcodebuild, xcrun, and simctl, providing structured workflows for iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. Capabilities include project discovery, managing simulator and physical device workflows, advanced UI automation (gestures, view inspection), robust logging, and deep debugging using LLDB. It simplifies complex build, test, and run operations across multiple platforms.

The Desktop Commander MCP grants agents deep reach across the user's entire operating environment, extending far beyond the typical IDE sandbox. Key capabilities include maintaining persistent shell sessions, managing long-running background processes, accessing arbitrary filesystems, and natively handling structured data formats (Excel, PDF, DOCX). It also enables remote operations via SSH and large-scale content search, making it ideal for complex, multi-turn development, DevOps, and data analysis workflows.

A comprehensive guide and toolkit for performing End-to-End (E2E) testing on native Windows desktop applications (WPF, WinForms, Win32, Qt) using pywinauto and the Windows UI Automation (UIA) API. Covers setup, locator strategies, and page object modeling for robust desktop automation.

A comprehensive skill for capturing and documenting web application and graphical UI states during the development cycle. It supports full-page captures using Playwright, reliable post-processing cropping with PIL, capturing interactive states (hovers, selections), and even handles non-web desktop applications using mss/ctypes.

This skill provides comprehensive guides and references for writing, debugging, and systematically optimizing DAX formulas within semantic models. It covers advanced topics including systematic performance optimization workflows, engine internals (like xmSQL), and best practices for both local (Power BI Desktop) and remote (Fabric/XMLA) model environments, ensuring efficient data calculation and query performance.
