A comprehensive guide to configuring Cursor's privacy features. This documentation covers enabling Privacy Mode for zero data retention, managing data flow from chat and indexing, implementing sensitive file exclusion using .cursorignore, and understanding telemetry settings. It also provides compliance mapping for GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance.

A comprehensive guide for setting up and maintaining Cursor IDE for enterprise and production use. It covers essential best practices including security hardening, defining project-wide coding rules, optimizing codebase indexing, ensuring data privacy compliance, and standardizing team development workflows. Essential for adopting AI coding tools in a professional environment.

A comprehensive reference guide for structuring development projects within the Cursor IDE. It details best practices for directory layout, defining layered rules (covering global conventions, security constraints, and technology-specific patterns like API routes and database access), and optimizing indexing strategies. This ensures maximum AI effectiveness, improves code maintainability, and streamlines the entire development workflow.

Manages and enforces project-specific coding standards and architectural conventions within the Cursor IDE. Developers can define rules using `.mdc` files, specifying required patterns (e.g., TypeScript strict mode, React component structure, API validation). This system guides the AI assistant by providing deep context, ensuring code consistency and adherence to best practices across the entire codebase.

Guides creation of Cursor-specific subagents with isolated contexts, structured prompts, and frontmatter so multi-step workflows, verifiers, or specialists follow Cursor’s directories and delegation rules.

A comprehensive guide for administrators and teams on setting up Cursor for enterprise use. It covers organizational plan selection (Pro, Business, Enterprise), advanced features like SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Privacy Mode enforcement. The guide details setting up roles, managing usage analytics, defining shared project rules via Git, and providing a structured onboarding checklist to ensure seamless adoption and secure coding practices across the organization.

A comprehensive guide covering how to upgrade Cursor IDE versions, migrate settings and configurations from VS Code, and reliably transfer your entire development environment between different machines. Includes steps for auto-update, manual installation, and handling breaking changes.

A comprehensive guide for diagnosing and fixing common integration errors with Customer.io. It covers critical topics such as API status codes (400, 401, 429), authentication failures, incorrect timestamp formatting, and best practices for event tracking and transactional message delivery. Use this resource when troubleshooting campaign failures or API calls failing.

This comprehensive guide demonstrates the essential workflow for integrating with Customer.io using its SDK. It covers the core functions required for user lifecycle management: identifying and updating user profiles, tracking custom events (both authenticated and anonymous), and sending transactional emails. Ideal for developers performing quick customer journey mapping or initial platform setup.

This comprehensive guide details how to install and configure the Customer.io SDK for programmatic integration in Node.js projects. It covers the critical setup of authentication using two distinct API keys: the Track API Key (for user identification and event tracking) and the App API Key (for sending transactional messages and broadcasts). Essential for developers integrating Customer.io's core customer data and marketing features.

This comprehensive guide identifies and explains the most common anti-patterns and mistakes when integrating with Customer.io. It covers crucial development topics, including proper API key usage, Unix timestamp formatting, ensuring correct event tracking order (Identify before Track), and optimizing API calls for performance. Use this as a definitive checklist for code review and developer onboarding.

This guide provides comprehensive strategies for scaling Customer.io integrations to handle high volumes of daily events. It covers implementing k6 load tests for performance benchmarking and outlines architectural patterns—from simple Direct APIs to complex Redis/Kafka queue-backed systems—ensuring reliability and managing API rate limits for massive data throughput.
