This guide provides comprehensive solutions for handling Vercel API rate limits (HTTP 429 errors). It covers implementing robust retry logic with exponential backoff for consuming Vercel's outbound APIs. Furthermore, it demonstrates how to configure Vercel's WAF rate limiting and custom edge configurations to protect your own deployed API endpoints, ensuring stability and preventing service abuse.

Automates Web Application Firewall rule creation by guiding advanced security teams through best practices, code generation, and validation for compliant penetration-testing workflows.

This tool analyzes Web Application Firewall (WAF) logs (ModSecurity, AWS WAF, Cloudflare) to detect sophisticated SQL injection attack campaigns. It parses diverse log formats, identifies common SQLi payloads (UNION SELECT, OR 1=1), correlates multi-stage attacks, tracks source IPs, and generates detailed incident reports classified by OWASP standards for SOC analysts and security researchers.

This comprehensive guide details the professional process of detecting and exploiting SQL injection vulnerabilities using the powerful sqlmap tool. It covers the entire workflow, from initial vulnerability identification and basic scanning to database enumeration, data dumping, advanced exploitation (like file reading and OS command execution), and WAF bypass techniques, ensuring thorough penetration testing reporting.

A comprehensive guide for implementing centralized security controls on API gateways (e.g., Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure APIM). It covers critical defense layers including JWT-based authentication enforcement, advanced rate limiting and throttling, request validation against schemas, TLS termination, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) integration. Use this when establishing a robust, layer-7 security posture for microservice APIs.

This skill guides the implementation of security chaos engineering experiments. It involves deliberately degrading or disabling security controls (like WAF, firewalls, or log pipelines) in a controlled environment to rigorously verify the detection, alerting, and response capabilities of the Security Operations Center (SOC). Users learn to use tools like boto3 and Python to simulate failure scenarios and assess system resilience and compliance posture.

This skill provides a comprehensive operational checklist for identifying and exploiting HTTP Parameter Pollution (HPP) vulnerabilities. It details how various web technologies (ASP.NET, PHP, Python, etc.) handle duplicate parameters differently (e.g., first-wins, last-wins, concatenation). Use this skill during penetration testing to discover flaws in parameter parsing, which can lead to bypassing WAFs, performing logic manipulation, or achieving unauthorized access.

A comprehensive guide to advanced SQL injection (SQLi) methodologies for offensive security assessments and bug bounty hunting. Covers all major injection types, including error-based, boolean/time-based blind, out-of-band, and second-order injection. Provides specific payloads and techniques for MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases, along with methods for bypassing WAFs, exploiting GraphQL, WebSocket, and modern API filters. Includes full automation workflows using tools like sqlmap.

A comprehensive guide detailing the methodology and techniques for exploiting Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) across multiple template engines (Jinja2, Twig, Freemarker, etc.). Covers engine fingerprinting, blind exploitation, WAF evasion, and achieving Remote Code Execution (RCE) via various chains.

This comprehensive checklist details advanced methods for bypassing Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) during security assessments. Techniques covered include encoding bypass (URL, Unicode, double encoding), HTTP header manipulation, IP rotation, payload obfuscation, and fingerprinting specific WAF vendors (e.g., Cloudflare, Akamai). It is essential for penetration testers evaluating the robustness of web defenses.

A powerful technique used when full XSS is blocked by CSP, sanitizers, or WAFs, but HTML injection is possible. It leverages unclosed HTML tags (like <img> or <link>) to capture and exfiltrate sensitive page data (CSRF tokens, session IDs, form values) by forcing the browser to include the subsequent content in a request URL.

A sophisticated payload bypass technique targeting Java applications. It exploits the silent loss of high 8 bits when 16-bit Java characters are cast or written as 8-bit bytes. This allows attackers to bypass WAF/IDS security measures by making the WAF see harmless Unicode, while the backend service processes the original malicious ASCII byte payload. Ideal for blind SQLi, deserialization RCE, and path traversal. This primitive affects major frameworks like Tomcat, Spring, Jackson, and HttpClient.
