A comprehensive guide detailing the strict requirements for submitting research papers to EMNLP via the ACL Rolling Review (ARR). Key areas covered include template compliance, page length restrictions (long/short format), mandatory limitations sections, double-blind anonymization techniques, and adherence to the Responsible NLP checklist. Use this audit guide before submission to ensure full compliance and avoid desk-rejects.

This guide provides essential instructions for authors submitting research to the ECAI conference, focusing on creating credible and reproducible artifacts. It strongly cautions authors about misconceptions regarding separate artifact badges, emphasizing that credibility must be built into the paper and supplement for direct reviewer judgment. Guidelines are provided for matching the artifact (code, proofs, data) to the specific contribution type (Theory, ML, Optimization).

This guide provides crucial strategic advice for authors responding to major AI conference reviews (e.g., IJCAI/IJCAI-ECAI). It emphasizes extreme conciseness, focusing only on decision-critical corrections, factual errors, and pressing questions. The rules strictly prohibit adding new results or broad complaints, ensuring the response remains short and highly targeted.

This guide provides comprehensive standards for designing, auditing, and documenting AI experiments for major conferences like IJCAI. It covers establishing strong baselines, conducting ablation studies, and reporting meticulous details on hyperparameters, computational infrastructure, and ethical risks, ensuring maximum reproducibility and academic credibility for AI research.

Provides comprehensive guidelines for authors submitting to major AI conferences. It helps authors audit originality, properly cite prior art (including preprints, workshop papers, and rejected versions), manage dual-submission risks, and transform the related work section from a mere list into a compelling, novel argument that clearly positions the contribution.

This guide offers detailed guidelines for assembling and auditing supplementary materials for top-tier AI conferences (e.g., IJCAI). It covers critical aspects like separating the technical appendix from resubmission files, ensuring anonymity across all artifacts, maintaining the self-contained nature of the core paper, and managing source code and data for maximum reproducibility.

A comprehensive guide for researchers submitting work to INTERSPEECH. It details how to package and manage various artifacts—including code, audio samples, and trained models—through the conference lifecycle. The document emphasizes maintaining anonymity during review, ensuring scientific reproducibility, managing complex data licenses, and adhering to ethical guidelines for voice data and synthetic media release.

This comprehensive guide outlines best practices for designing, evaluating, and reporting experimental results in speech processing research (ASR, TTS, Speaker Verification, etc.). It details required metrics (WER, MOS, EER), establishing robust baselines, conducting significance testing (bootstrap, CI), and ensuring comprehensive condition coverage (speakers, noise, languages) to enhance the scientific rigor of academic submissions.

A comprehensive guide for researchers submitting to major speech conferences (like INTERSPEECH). It details how to harden the reproducibility of speech results, covering crucial 'decay channels' such as corpus versions, text normalization rules (WER), objective metrics (EER), subjective protocols (MOS), and model stochasticity. The guide emphasizes pinning specific toolkits, commit hashes, configurations, and hardware details to ensure scientific rigor and verifiability.

This comprehensive guide outlines the strict technical and structural requirements for the IROS supplementary video, which serves as primary evidence for submitted research. It details constraints such as the 60-second limit, 10MB size cap, and necessary formats. The guide emphasizes presenting uncut real trials, including labeled failures, maintaining honest playback speed, and performing thorough anonymization to maximize academic credibility.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting Nature Machine Intelligence. It outlines the high standard required for AI/ML research, emphasizing conceptual significance, real-world impact, interdisciplinary relevance, and rigorous ethical and methodological depth. Use this tool to assess fit and framework your submission for a Nature-family audience.

Provides comprehensive guidelines for packaging and presenting research artifacts (code, data, models, benchmarks) submitted to NeurIPS. It details requirements for anonymous review packages, public release, and ensures scientific claims are reproducible by providing necessary metadata, licenses, and execution details.
