Skill UI

This skill provides comprehensive guidance on positioning, structuring, and refining computer vision manuscripts for top-tier venues like CVPR. It covers identifying major novelty, required experimental rigor (e.g., ablations, failure modes), framing contributions, and adhering to specific conference submission standards for CV, VLM, and recognition tasks. Use it to refine your submission strategy and ensure your work meets the high bar set by leading AI conferences.

A comprehensive guide for authors writing in computer vision, pattern recognition, or machine learning methods. This skill helps authors evaluate whether their manuscript meets the high methodological rigor, archival standards, and specific formatting requirements of IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (TPAMI). It covers scope fit, evidence bar, structure, and pre-submission checklists.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting the International Conference on Pattern Recognition (ICPR). This skill helps evaluate if a manuscript fits the venue's scope, covering core topics like pattern recognition, computer vision, biometrics, and machine learning. It details necessary framing, evidence requirements (e.g., ablations, limitations), and how to differentiate the work from similar top-tier conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICML).

This guide provides a comprehensive checklist for designing, executing, and presenting empirical evidence for academic papers in Pattern Recognition and AI. It covers critical areas like establishing fair baselines, ensuring statistical rigor (mean ± std dev, significance testing), conducting sufficient ablation studies, preventing data leakage, and reporting computational costs. It helps authors make their findings withstand rigorous external review.

This guide assists researchers in determining the topic suitability, appropriate format (research paper, review, special issue), and correct academic placement for manuscripts targeting 'Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence' (PR&AI). It outlines the journal's focused scope across core AI domains like ML, CV, and NLP, helping authors avoid common submission pitfalls and ensuring their contribution has sufficient originality and academic depth.

A comprehensive style guide and checklist for writing and refining long-form academic articles for 'Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence' (PR&AI). It covers the entire publishing workflow, from mastering the structured introduction (Problem-Gap-Contribution) and writing four-element abstracts, to adhering to rigorous standards for citations (GB/T 7714), figures, and mathematical notation in AI research.

A comprehensive guide for auditing and polishing original long-form manuscripts intended for submission to high-level Pattern Recognition and AI journals. It details mandatory components, formatting standards, anti-plagiarism checks, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the paper meets rigorous peer-review standards for publication.
