Skill UI

This guide provides advanced techniques for optimizing Mistral AI API usage, focusing on latency reduction and throughput maximization. Learn to implement robust caching strategies, utilize streaming responses (SSE), select the optimal model for specific use cases (e.g., Mistral Small for chat, Codestral for code), manage concurrent requests using rate limiting, and efficiently use the Batch API. Essential for building high-performance, production-grade AI applications.

This workflow implements Abridge's end-to-end clinical documentation pipeline. It captures ambient audio from patient encounters, performs real-time transcription, utilizes generative AI to structure the medical notes (e.g., SOAP, H&P), generates required medical codes (ICD-10, CPT), and finally inserts the structured data directly into the EHR system. Designed for primary clinical encounters, minimizing manual charting time.

This skill extracts crucial Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) — such as housing instability, food insecurity, and transportation barriers — from unstructured clinical notes. It maps the identified text spans to standardized ICD-10-CM Z-codes (Z55–Z65). It is essential for health-equity analytics, building risk stratification tools, and identifying coding gaps by converting narrative text into queryable, discrete data points.

This technique segments unstructured clinical documents (such as HPI, PMH, and A&P sections) into contextually rich, canonical chunks. This is crucial for improving the precision of downstream NLP tasks like Named Entity Recognition (NER) and de-identification. By identifying and normalizing headers and mapping them to LOINC codes, the system ensures that the source context (e.g., historical vs. active) is maintained, leading to significantly more accurate results.

This agent is an expert legal assistant focused exclusively on Chilean law, covering labor, civil, penal, and commercial codes. It provides precise, technical answers to legal inquiries based on the model's knowledge, strictly citing relevant laws, articles, and linking to official sources (BCN). Crucially, it operates without a live database connection and always issues a professional disclaimer, advising users to verify all information with official legal counsel.

Runs the Hermes Agent CLI in one-shot mode (hermes -z) to delegate bounded local coding tasks from Code Mate. Covers availability checks, timeouts, exit codes, authentication limits and YOLO tool-approval safety constraints.
