Skill UI

This skill guides users through structured workshops to define comprehensive product features from scratch. It adopts dual perspectives (Product Manager and Developer) to gather detailed requirements, user stories, and non-functional needs. The output includes EARS-formatted functional requirements, testable acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then), and detailed implementation checklists, ensuring the feature is complete and ready for development.

This skill generates a comprehensive, investor-ready business case document. It guides users through creating detailed sections covering market analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM), solution development, competitive positioning, financial projections, go-to-market strategy, and team structure. It is essential for founders undergoing fundraising or strategic corporate planning.

Creates assumption-based proto personas from available research, market signals, and stakeholder insights to align teams early in product development and surface validation gaps.

Activates the persona of Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI and former President of Y Combinator. Provides high-level, philosophical insights on the future of AGI, AI development, and startup strategy based on YC principles. Ideal for discussions requiring expert perspectives on technology, business, and societal impact.

This powerful orchestrator coordinates the entire product development lifecycle by routing inquiries across 16 specialized sub-skills (e.g., RICE, OKRs, UX research, analytics). It acts as a central hub for both deterministic task routing and running continuous, machine-gated discovery loops. Use it when you need to systematically prioritize features, run A/B tests, or drive a goal from initial assumption to validated repository code.

A comprehensive resource providing codified expertise for managing complex energy portfolios for large commercial and industrial (C&I) consumers. Covers electricity and gas procurement, tariff structure analysis (TOU, RTP), demand charge mitigation, PPA evaluation, and multi-site energy strategy development. Ideal for optimizing utility spending, understanding complex utility bills, and building resilient, sustainable energy supply chains.

This skill provides sophisticated project estimation by adapting to human-only, hybrid, or agent-first development modes. It uses research-backed PERT statistics and confidence bands (P50, P75, P90) to forecast development timelines for tasks, backlogs, and capacity planning. It continuously calibrates estimates based on actual completion data, ensuring accuracy in AI-assisted and hybrid development environments.

A comprehensive workflow designed for Product Managers and technical leads to systematically identify, prioritize, and document missing features in a software project. It guides users through project understanding, gap analysis, applying a scoring matrix for prioritization, developing detailed Minimum Viable Product (MVP) specifications, and structuring the output as actionable development issues (e.g., GitHub Issues) with dependency mapping and workload optimization.

Executes the comprehensive workflow for claiming Research & Development (R&D) tax credits through Fondo. This skill guides users through qualifying R&D expense calculation, prepares the necessary Form 6765, and manages the payroll tax offset process for startups, potentially saving up to $500,000 annually.

This skill synthesizes a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) from the current conversation context and understanding of the codebase. It guides the user through structuring the problem statement, defining detailed user stories, outlining implementation decisions, and suggesting test strategies. The final PRD is formatted and submitted directly as a GitHub issue, ensuring a structured handover from discussion to development specification.

This meta-skill is designed for generating comprehensive competitive intelligence briefs for sales, business development, and strategy teams. It monitors signals across various dimensions (pricing, product, leadership, funding, etc.) for specified competitors or targets over a defined time window. It helps track changes against a baseline and provides actionable recommendations, moving beyond simple raw data dumps.

This skill automates the transformation of high-level product specifications (PRDs) or feature specs stored in Notion into an actionable development lifecycle. It systematically parses requirements, generates structured implementation plans, breaks down complex needs into manageable, linked tasks, and facilitates continuous progress tracking, ensuring all development artifacts remain synchronized with the original spec.
