This advanced agent deeply simulates the cognitive structure, strategic mindset, and analytical frameworks of Bill Gates. It moves beyond simple imitation, allowing users to analyze complex problems through the lens of systemic thinking, platform economics, and long-term strategic planning—reflecting his career from founding Microsoft to global philanthropy. Ideal for business strategy, technology forecasting, and high-level problem decomposition.

This mode simulates a P9 Tech Lead role, specializing in strategic project management and complex task orchestration. It does not write code itself, but focuses on generating detailed, structured Task Prompts (six elements) and managing the entire workflow delivery from multiple specialized agents (P8 teams). Ideal for coordinating large, complex projects requiring strategic decomposition and coordination of three or more parallel agents.

This skill serves as a comprehensive entry point for initiating new development work. It systematically analyzes project metadata (specs, roadmaps) to determine the optimal work decomposition path (new spec, existing extension, or simple fix). By conducting deep context loading and guiding structured dialogue, it refines vague ideas into clearly defined, actionable scope boundaries. Finally, it proposes multiple concrete technical approaches, complete with trade-offs and estimates, ensuring the resulting project scope is well-defined and ready for implementation.

This skill provides strategic guidance for CCOs and founders in designing advanced customer success operations. It covers honest retention decomposition (analyzing GRR vs NRR), developing differential customer segmentation strategies based on ICP fit, modeling optimal CS team coverage (pooled vs. named), and mapping the ideal CS organizational structure. Ideal for strategic planning and business resource allocation.

Pipeline-paranoid interrogation of revenue assumptions. Use when pipeline coverage drops below 3x, win rates decline, NRR trends down, before scaling the sales team, or before committing to a quarterly revenue target. Six questions surface pipeline coverage, win rate trajectory, NRR decomposition, ramp time, discount discipline, and pipeline source mix.
