This skill automates the process of organizing unstructured client data—including emails, meeting notes, and org charts—into a structured, coherent matter brief. A comprehensive skill for in-house legal teams to manage the entire lifecycle of selecting outside counsel. Users can draft structured Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate complex firm submissions against weighted criteria, and produce a defensible, actionable shortlisting recommendation for General Counsel sign-off. Supports panel refreshes, matter-specific pitches, and market checks.

It excels at extracting critical, often buried, decisions, risks, assumptions, and scope changes from unstructured correspondence like emails and meeting notes, ensuring accountability and clear documentation.

A comprehensive tool for managing scope across the entire lifecycle of a legal matter. It helps legal teams establish a baseline scope, proactively track all out-of-scope (OOS) activities, draft necessary client communications, and manage scope creep. By automating capture and surfacing confirmations, it transforms scope management from an adversarial task into a professional, client-focused service, preventing budget surprises and ensuring project alignment.

It is crucial for AI systems handling questions related to federal, cantonal, communal, regulatory, or private law matters in Switzerland. It does not provide legal advice but instead structures the research workflow by identifying the necessary source layers, governing laws, and jurisdictional boundaries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
