Build comprehensive 3-5 year financial models crucial for early-stage startups. This guide covers revenue projections using cohort-based methods, detailed cost structuring (COGS, S&M, R&D, G&A), robust cash flow analysis, and multi-scenario planning (Conservative, Base, Optimistic). It provides the quantitative foundation needed for fundraising, strategic planning, and investor presentations.

This skill is designed to help users optimize the operational costs of the TwinMind AI platform. It provides detailed usage monitoring and guidance for selecting the most appropriate subscription tier (Free, Pro, or Enterprise). Users can manage advanced features such as high-accuracy transcription (Ear-3) and AI summarization across multiple models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control for large-scale meeting AI operations.

This sophisticated framework enables cross-functional 'what-if' scenario modeling. Unlike simple stress tests, it maps compounding adversity across all business domains (Finance, Product, Engineering, etc.). Use it when facing complex, multi-variable risks or making strategic decisions with significant downside potential, allowing teams to map cascading failure paths and define proactive hedges.

A comprehensive framework for optimizing inventory levels and planning replenishment in multi-location retail environments. It covers advanced demand forecasting techniques (e.g., Holt-Winters, ML models), calculating safety stock based on variability, estimating promotional uplift, and generating actionable purchase orders while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Ideal for professionals managing complex SKU portfolios across various supply chain systems.

This comprehensive guide details the configuration of Salesforce's multi-layered security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), and Sharing Rules. It is essential for implementing robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and integrating advanced features like SAML SSO, ensuring users only access necessary data.

Sends a board memo or strategy brief to multiple AI models (Claude, Codex, Gemini) for independent review, then reconciles consensus and divergences. Used for high-stakes, irreversible decisions like fundraises, pivots, layoffs, or regulatory commitments, offering an objective sanity check before moving forward.

Performs multi-baseline counterfactual cost analysis by comparing actual session spending against hypothetical costs generated by fixed, non-optimal models (e.g., always-haiku, always-sonnet). This tool quantifies the financial savings realized by the smart routing mechanism, answering the critical question: 'Is the routing earning its keep?' It is ideal for quarterly cost reviews, setting CI performance gates, and validating routing configurations.
