Runs the final pre-submission preflight for the Journal of Human Resources (JHR) via msubmit.net, covering page limits, fees, disclosure statements, data-archive footnotes, and scope fit.

Helps in-house legal teams draft, review, and maintain outside counsel guidelines (OCGs). Builds new OCGs calibrated to the organization's maturity level, analyzes existing documents against a 15-component best-practice framework, updates specific terms like AI policies and rate review provisions, and produces GC briefing notes to secure internal buy-in.

This skill automates the process of organizing unstructured client data—including emails, meeting notes, and org charts—into a structured, coherent matter brief. It supports the entire legal process lifecycle, from initial client intake and scoping to mid-matter reconstruction. Use it to compile raw material into a proposal-ready document, eliminating the painful, time-consuming phase of manual data assembly.

This skill maintains a structured RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) for complex projects, especially in legal matters. It excels at extracting critical, often buried, decisions, risks, assumptions, and scope changes from unstructured correspondence like emails and meeting notes, ensuring accountability and clear documentation.

A specialized Legal Project Management skill that transforms unstructured inputs (emails, call notes, trackers, etc.) into highly structured, client-facing status reports. It goes beyond formatting by applying expert judgment to identify actual progress versus mere activity, flagging risks, determining required next steps, and reconciling discrepancies between multiple sources (e.g., comparing email narrative against an Excel plan). Ideal for LPMs preparing updates for clients or internal stakeholders.

Condenses scholarly legal articles by moving nonessential detail from the body into substantive footnotes while preserving every word and keeping the argument self-sufficient. Handles Markdown and Word (.docx), integrates moved material with existing notes, measures a user-specified relegation fraction (25% by default), and delivers a move-by-move memo. Use when asked to push detail into footnotes, relegate to footnotes, footnote the caveats, move the digressions down, or tighten a dense draft without deleting content.

A rigorous multi-pass editor for law review articles, student notes, seminar papers, and other legal scholarship. It runs six specialized passes covering structure, substantive critique, Bluebook citations, grammar, fact-checking, and synthesis, delivering a prioritized editorial memo. Handles articles of any length via intelligent chunking and reads .docx directly.
