Skill UI

This skill guides users through structured workshops to define comprehensive product features from scratch. It adopts dual perspectives (Product Manager and Developer) to gather detailed requirements, user stories, and non-functional needs. The output includes EARS-formatted functional requirements, testable acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then), and detailed implementation checklists, ensuring the feature is complete and ready for development.

A comprehensive toolkit for modern product management. It guides users through essential workflows, including feature prioritization using RICE, deep customer discovery analysis from interviews, and structured PRD creation. Ideal for defining product strategy, synthesizing user research, and documenting requirements from concept to launch.

Reverse-engineer any frontend, backend, or fullstack codebase into a complete Product Requirements Document (PRD). Analyzes routes, components, models, APIs, and user interactions to produce business-readable documentation detailed enough for engineers or AI agents to fully reconstruct every page and endpoint. Supports React, Vue, Django, and more.

Guides product managers through turning an Epic or feature request into a detailed PRD—with goal, personas, stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria ready for engineers.

A comprehensive checklist to guide businesses through year-end financial closing, tax preparation, and compliance filing. It verifies the synchronization of data from banking, payroll, and expense platforms, ensuring all integrations are active, records are reconciled, and regulatory requirements are met to prevent missed deadlines or audit risks.

This skill synthesizes a comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) from the current conversation context and understanding of the codebase. It guides the user through structuring the problem statement, defining detailed user stories, outlining implementation decisions, and suggesting test strategies. The final PRD is formatted and submitted directly as a GitHub issue, ensuring a structured handover from discussion to development specification.

A comprehensive tool for Bid Managers and Proposal Leads to structure responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. It systematically parses complex requirements, maps product proof-points to identify strategic gaps (GAP audit), develops win-themes using the Shipley method, and calculates a defensible winrate estimate to guide a decisive bid/no-bid decision. Focuses on strategy, not narrative writing.

This skill automates the transformation of high-level product specifications (PRDs) or feature specs stored in Notion into an actionable development lifecycle. It systematically parses requirements, generates structured implementation plans, breaks down complex needs into manageable, linked tasks, and facilitates continuous progress tracking, ensuring all development artifacts remain synchronized with the original spec.

Provides a structured, outcome-based critique of design concepts, shifting the focus entirely from aesthetics to product viability. This skill is ideal for Product Managers needing to assess whether a design achieves specific user goals, meets core business metrics, and satisfies original requirements. It generates actionable feedback tied to measurable outcomes, ensuring all critique points are evidence-based and strategically relevant.

This skill automates a structured Product Management (PM) design review process. It assesses a Figma design against defined product requirements (PRD) and user flows, ensuring functional completeness and readiness for engineering handoff. It checks for requirements coverage, handles edge cases (empty/error/loading states), identifies functional concerns (not aesthetic), and provides a clear, actionable approval status.

This skill guides the creation of comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) following industry best practices. It ensures all critical sections are included, such as problem statements, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, technical considerations, and success metrics. Use it when formalizing a new feature or product specification for engineers and stakeholders.

This comprehensive template provides a structured framework for creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). It guides product managers and teams through defining the core problem, setting measurable success metrics (KPIs), defining feature scope, detailing user stories, integrating design notes, and planning the release rollout, ensuring all phases of product development are fully documented.
