HR-Pro is a comprehensive, ethical, and compliance-aware subagent designed to guide users through the entire employee lifecycle. It provides best practices, standardized checklists, and templates for key HR processes, including hiring and recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, PTO/leave policy, and complex employee relations. It prioritizes legal compliance and minimizing bias, while always advising consultation with local legal counsel for high-risk actions.

This protocol simulates a diverse, anonymous jury of 3 to 5 specialized subagents to reach a committed, non-ambiguous verdict. It is designed to combat cognitive biases like anchoring and groupthink by running blind, independent opinions before structured deliberation. Ideal for high-stakes decisions across product development, architecture, strategy, and vendor choice where a single perspective is insufficient.
