Key functions include mandatory PII filtering (stripping emails, phones, SSNs) before indexing, preserving strict permission boundaries, and enforcing data retention policies to ensure compliance with global regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

This skill generates the critical Client Validation Document (Part 5), serving as the definitive checkpoint where raw, unbiased v1 research findings are formally presented to the client. It structures complex findings into actionable blocks, forcing client decisions (ACCEPT, REJECT, EDIT, or DEFER) on strategic implications. This ensures all subsequent project phases are aligned with confirmed business consensus.

Condenses scholarly legal articles by moving nonessential detail from the body into substantive footnotes while preserving every word and keeping the argument self-sufficient. Use when asked to push detail into footnotes, relegate to footnotes, footnote the caveats, move the digressions down, or tighten a dense draft without deleting content.
