A comprehensive guide for authors submitting academic papers, detailing how to proactively provide reproducible code, datasets, and experimental scripts. This ensures that research results are verifiable and trustworthy, significantly enhancing the credibility of findings in high-tier journals despite the absence of formal artifact evaluation badges.

This guide details best practices for enhancing the credibility of academic manuscripts submitted to scholarly journals, particularly addressing code and data availability. It teaches authors how to proactively provide stable links, checksums, comprehensive reproducibility scripts, and clear licensing statements. The focus is on bolstering trustworthiness for single-blind review processes, even when the journal does not mandate formal artifact badges.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing manuscripts for the Journal of Communication (JoC). It details the requirements for achieving open science and transparency, covering essential elements like the Data Availability Statement (DAS), Open Science Badges (Open Data, Open Materials, Preregistration), and best practices for ensuring reproducibility across quantitative, computational, and qualitative methodologies. Learn how to build materials as you write.

A comprehensive guide for authors packaging their accepted MLSys research artifacts. It details strategies for achieving Availability, Functional, and Reproducible badges by correctly structuring the submission, handling hardware dependencies, and writing the detailed Artifact Appendix. Essential for ensuring scientific claims are independently verifiable.

A comprehensive guide for researchers preparing their academic artifacts (code, data, results) for the SIGMOD Availability & Reproducibility Initiative (ARI). This document details the criteria for achieving reproducibility badges (Available, Evaluated, Results Reproduced), focusing on coverage, ease of reproduction, flexibility, and portability. It provides best practices for structuring artifact repositories and ensuring hardware honesty for verifiable research claims.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to SCI journals, detailing best practices for making research code and data available. It addresses how to proactively provide reproducible materials, structured documentation, and honest availability statements, even when formal 'Artifact Evaluation' badges are not mandatory. It helps authors improve the robustness and impact of their scientific findings.
