This guide outlines the mandatory data and code requirements for publishing manuscripts in International Organizations (IOs). It details the rigorous process—from conditional acceptance to final publication—which requires authors to prepare complete, reproducible packages. Key steps include submitting data/code, undergoing external re-running of quantitative results, verifying formal model proofs, and depositing materials with a DOI in the IO Dataverse.

This comprehensive guide outlines the best practices for preparing a complete and reproducible research package for submission to the Journal of Banking & Finance (JBF) following Elsevier Option C guidelines. It details requirements for data availability statements, proper structuring of code and data access materials, and best methods for managing proprietary or restricted datasets (such as CRSP or Compustat), ensuring research transparency and verifiability.

A comprehensive guide for assembling a complete and reproducible materials package for experimental economics research, specifically for JEBO submissions. It details required components, including participant instructions, z-Tree/oTree code, anonymized raw data, detailed analysis scripts, and environment specifications, ensuring rigorous academic reproducibility.

Provides comprehensive guidelines for meeting modern academic publishing standards, particularly those required by educational psychology journals. It outlines mandatory requirements for ensuring research reproducibility, including depositing data, materials, and analysis code in trusted repositories with persistent identifiers (DOIs), adhering to JARS reporting standards, and documenting preregistration status.

This guide assists authors in preparing research materials for submission to the Journal of Financial Intermediation (JFI), adhering to Elsevier Option C. It provides detailed instructions on managing, depositing, citing, and linking research data, code, and algorithms—whether the data is public, proprietary, or restricted (e.g., central bank registers). The goal is to ensure methodological rigor and reproducibility through the Data Statement.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to international finance journals, detailing how to structure the online supplementary appendix and prepare the data-and-code deposit. It ensures that supporting material is organized, traceable to main claims, and that data accessibility statements are compliant with institutional policies, especially for restricted international data.

This guide helps researchers meet rigorous open science and transparency requirements, such as those mandated by journals like JAP. It details the process of depositing data, analysis code, and materials with persistent identifiers (DOIs), drafting comprehensive data-availability statements, and correctly managing prior-use disclosures and pre-registrations. Essential for ensuring research reproducibility and publication compliance.

This skill guides authors on meeting stringent academic requirements for manuscript submission, specifically addressing the mandatory replicability standard set by The Journal of Politics (JOP). Acceptance is strictly contingent on providing a complete, documented, and executable package. The required materials include the dataset(s), master code, codebook, and a comprehensive readme file, ensuring that any published finding can be independently verified and reproduced by a journal analyst. It also provides guidelines for handling restricted data.

This guide outlines the rigorous open science and transparency requirements for submissions to the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (JPSP). It details compliance with APA's TOP Guidelines at Level 2, mandating the proper disclosure of data, analysis code, and materials in a trusted repository. It also covers JARS reporting standards and guides authors on stating the preregistration status, ensuring research reproducibility.

A comprehensive, step-by-step preflight checklist designed for authors submitting manuscripts to top-tier scientific journals. It ensures thorough validation across all required components, including the mechanistic narrative, structural data integrity, statistical rigor (QSA), figure quality, and proper data/code deposition (DOIs). It serves as the ultimate gatekeeping mechanism before final submission.

This guide outlines the mandatory standards for open science publication, detailing how researchers must deposit all data, code, and raw materials (images, sequences) in public, archived repositories (like Zenodo, GEO, PDB). It emphasizes the need for DOIs/accession numbers and prohibits relying solely on "available on request" statements for primary findings.

This guide details the strict requirements for data transparency and reproducibility when submitting manuscripts to the Population and Development Review (PDR). It covers creating data availability statements, depositing materials in FAIR repositories, documenting code with versions, and managing restricted data access, ensuring adherence to modern research integrity standards.
