Skill UI

This skill provides a structured framework for designing and implementing composable recommendation, ranking, and feed pipelines. It models the industry-standard six-stage pattern: Source, Hydrator, Filter, Scorer, Selector, and SideEffect. Use it for any system that selects "the top K items for a (user, context)", such as social feeds, ad ranking, RAG rerankers, or content recommendation engines, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture.

This guide provides a rigorous framework for structuring Agricultural Systems (AgSy) research. It teaches users how to explicitly define system boundaries, core components, critical interactions, and hierarchical levels. Furthermore, it instructs on selecting, justifying, and describing complex models (e.g., process-based, ABM, bio-economic) to ensure the research is scientifically sound and fully reproducible.

A comprehensive guide to establishing credible causal identification strategies for economic empirical research. It covers advanced quasi-experimental methods such as Difference-in-Differences (DID), Instrumental Variables (IV), and Regression Discontinuity (RDD), alongside structural modeling. The core principle emphasizes the necessity of explicitly stating, empirically defending, and testing all identification assumptions to meet the rigorous standards of top-tier academic economics journals.

This comprehensive skill guides researchers through the submission process for the Chinese Journal of Management Science. It covers the journal's core academic positioning (operations research, decision analysis, complex systems), required methodological rigor (model setting, algorithms, proofs), structural guidelines, and essential formatting checks. It helps authors assess manuscript fit and identify common rejection risks before official submission.

A comprehensive guide for authors responding to major journal revisions (R&R), particularly in demography. It outlines strategies for addressing expert reviewer critiques, reconciling conflicting methodological assumptions (like rates or identification), and defending the core demographic substance using rigorous evidence. This skill ensures the response is structured, respectful, and scientifically robust.

A comprehensive guide detailing advanced econometric methods for establishing causal relationships in policy evaluations. It covers techniques such as Difference-in-Differences (DID), Instrumental Variables (IV), Regression Discontinuity Design (RDD), and structural modeling. The core focus is bridging the gap between econometric rigor and policy legibility, ensuring that the causal mechanism is explicit in the main text while maintaining formal defense in the appendix.

This guide details the principles of conducting rigorous Monte Carlo simulations for econometric theory papers. It instructs users on designing simulations that test finite-sample behavior, ensuring that asymptotic approximations are useful and accurate across boundary cases (e.g., weak identification, heavy tails). Emphasis is placed on reproducibility, comprehensive metrics (bias, coverage, power), and ensuring the simulation supports the core theory.

A guide for designing and structuring empirical tables and figures for submissions to International Organizations (IOs). Focuses on meeting strict word limits, ensuring exhibits are self-contained, reproducible, and clearly separating core arguments (main text) from supporting details (supplementary material). Best practices include explicit unit labeling, prioritizing effect plots over dense tables, and guaranteeing that all displayed numbers match the original analysis code.

This skill serves as a comprehensive guide for researchers to evaluate their academic manuscripts for suitability in Issues in Agricultural Economy. It covers the journal's precise scope, preferred methodologies (e.g., DID, micro-data), submission policies (blind review, fees), and common rejection pitfalls. It provides actionable advice on structuring and refining the manuscript to meet the rigorous standards of core Chinese academic journals focusing on rural and agricultural policies.

This guide provides best practices for creating high-impact tables and figures (exhibits) for academic journals, especially in behavioral economics. It emphasizes visualizing the core behavioral comparison—such as treatment effects, dynamic changes over rounds, or underlying distributions—so the main finding is immediately visible before reading any text. Key practices include using confidence intervals over significance stars, ensuring grayscale readability, and providing self-contained captions.

This guide equips researchers with advanced strategies to anticipate and neutralize the highly specialized objections raised by environmental and resource economists. It covers core methodological pitfalls such as spatial confounding, hypothetical bias, leakage effects, sorting issues, and welfare overreach. By structuring the paper preemptively, authors can significantly increase robustness and dramatically improve the likelihood of successful publication.

A comprehensive guide for environmental economists on transforming raw analysis results into publication-grade exhibits suitable for JEEM/Elsevier. Focuses on moving beyond simple regression coefficients to visualize spatial variation (maps), temporal dynamics (event studies), and welfare changes (WTP curves), ensuring the core environmental signal is clearly communicated to referees and readers.
