Skill UI

This skill allows users to extract structured data (text, tables, attributes) from rendered web pages. It enhances traditional web scraping by ensuring all extracted strings pass mandatory AIDefence PII checks and prompt-injection gates before being stored or returned to the model. It supports building reusable extraction templates and running one-shot queries.

A comprehensive skill to extract and transcribe subtitles from any YouTube video URL. It utilizes a two-stage approach: first, attempting fast extraction via the yt-dlp CLI tool; failing that, it falls back to advanced browser automation using Chrome DevTools MCP to scrape the transcript panel content directly from the webpage DOM. The output is always a clean, timestamped plain text file.

This skill automatically converts structured data from Excel (.xlsx) workbooks into a clean, readable Markdown format. It is essential for enabling accurate analysis, summarization, and data extraction of spreadsheet contents, especially when the user asks to 'read', 'analyze', or 'compare' data without specifying a conversion method. It supports both single files and batch processing of entire folders.

This comprehensive guide details the rigorous methodology for conducting systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses, particularly in educational research. It ensures the reproducibility and defensibility of the evidence corpus by documenting the entire PRISMA flow, from exhaustive multi-database searching and dual screening to structured data extraction and subsequent synthesis of findings.

Provides a comprehensive, step-by-step workflow for conducting rigorous literature reviews across academic, biomedical, and technical domains. It guides users through defining research questions (PICO), developing systematic search protocols, evidence logging, source screening, structured data extraction, and synthesizing findings to build high-quality, reproducible review reports.

This skill performs the crucial ETL process of mapping OpenMed-extracted, terminology-coded clinical facts (conditions, drugs, measurements) into the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) v5.4 tables. It is used downstream after entity extraction and source coding, transforming raw NLP findings into standardized, OMOP-conformant records for OHDSI analytics.

This skill facilitates the extraction of population-scale (cohort-level) clinical text from Electronic Health Records (EHR) or FHIR data warehouses using the FHIR Bulk Data Access ($export) operation. It manages the asynchronous job kickoff, polling, and downloading of NDJSON files. The resulting data stream is designed to be fed in batches into OpenMed for mandatory de-identification and Named Entity Recognition (NER) analysis.

This utility separates clinical entity extraction from clinical coding. It processes de-identified text, utilizing OpenMed to identify key clinical spans. These spans are then programmatically mapped into structured FHIR R4 resources (like Condition, Observation, and MedicationStatement) and assembled into a Bundle. This process ensures deterministic, standardized data output suitable for interoperability and medical record structuring.

This skill automatically detects and extracts tabular laboratory panels from diverse sources, including scanned images, photos, and delimited files (CSV/TSV). It converts complex visual data into clean, structured rows, capturing the test name, measured value, unit, reference range, and abnormal flag. It is essential for preparing medical data for subsequent standardization using LOINC and UCUM, and for mapping into FHIR resources.

A specialized skill designed to convert complex legal materials—such as contracts, matter descriptions, corporate structures, timelines, or compliance processes—into context-appropriate, structured Mermaid diagrams. It utilizes a multi-step process involving structured data extraction, LLM enrichment, and mandatory gates to ensure accuracy. Ideal for visualizing relationships, obligations, and flows in legal documents, but strictly limited to legal or legal-adjacent diagrams.

bdistill transforms AI interactions into a structured, queryable knowledge base. It extracts, structures, and quality-scores domain knowledge from both closed-source AI models (in-session) and local open-source models (via Ollama). Users can build comprehensive reference datasets, Q&A pairs, or generate structured training data for traditional machine learning, ensuring validated and exportable domain expertise.

HasData is a comprehensive cloud platform designed for extracting structured public web data. It supports three core execution modes: Web Scraping API for arbitrary URLs (including JS rendering), pre-parsed Scraper APIs for known platforms (like Google or Amazon), and asynchronous Scraper Jobs for bulk or recursive crawling. Ideal for market research, e-commerce intelligence, job data collection, and local business lead generation.
