This tool serves as an orchestrator for developing Public Administration Review (PAR) manuscripts. It guides researchers through the entire writing lifecycle—from initial topic selection and literature positioning to theory building, data analysis, and final submission/rebuttal. It helps users determine the most appropriate article type (e.g., Scholarly Take, Conceptualizing PA) and maps the necessary steps to ensure the work bridges both academic theory and practical public management relevance.

This auxiliary skill helps researchers assess the suitability of their academic manuscripts in economics, social science, or management for submission to high-level journals like 'Reform of Economic System'. It provides comprehensive guidance on journal positioning, required theoretical depth, appropriate methodology, structural requirements, and common pitfalls, helping authors significantly improve their submission readiness and increase acceptance chances.

This specialized skill guides users in assessing whether their Chinese R&D or innovation management manuscript is suitable for submission to the journal Science Research Management. It helps users understand the journal's specific scope, required structure, key evidence types, and common rejection pitfalls, ensuring the work is properly framed for academic publication.

This comprehensive guide helps researchers determine if their academic research question aligns with the scope and criteria of top-tier strategic management journals (e.g., SMJ). It provides a multi-part fit test covering strategic DNA, unit of analysis (firm-level), theoretical stakes, and empirical identification challenges. It guides authors on sharpening their questions and choosing the correct specialized journal (SMJ, SEJ, GSJ).

This guide details the rigorous review process for Production and Operations Management (POM), covering departmental screening, double-blind peer review, and the strict evaluation standards. It explains the 'twin standard' (scholarly rigor and managerial relevance), how to interpret decision letters (R&R vs. Reject), and the critical rules governing resubmission, helping authors navigate the publishing journey.

This advanced skill provides end-to-end management for external local counsel on multi-jurisdiction legal matters. It guides the entire process—from firm selection and engagement setup (including instruction design) through performance monitoring, scope enforcement, and relationship escalation. The focus is on the coordination discipline of Legal Project Management (LPM) to prevent common failure modes like scope creep and ambiguous instructions.
