Skill UI

Utilizes structured critical reasoning to rigorously stress-test ideas, plans, and decisions. This skill allows you to play devil's advocate, conduct pre-mortems, execute red-teaming exercises, or audit underlying assumptions. It employs multiple advanced modes, including Socratic questioning, Hegelian dialectics, and Falsificationism, to identify blind spots, weaknesses, and unstated assumptions before commitment.

A comprehensive guide for founders and first-time CEOs transitioning from technical expert to executive leader. It covers essential topics like identifying your founder archetype, mastering advanced delegation frameworks, managing personal energy (not just time), mitigating burnout, and planning for company succession. Use this when you feel like the bottleneck, struggle to scale, or need to build a strong executive team.

This skill teaches how to dramatically improve the accuracy of historical research queries. When searching for information about a historical figure, rather than relying on generic facts (like era or nationality), users should identify and prioritize the most unique, specific, or niche details—such as a unique object, a rare event, or an uncommon biographical fact. By using these distinctive details as quoted search anchors, the search results become highly targeted, overcoming the limitations of broad, general queries.

Act as a constructive critic and rigorous stress-tester for any idea, proposal, or strategy. This mode systematically challenges underlying assumptions, identifies technical and market edge cases, anticipates diverse stakeholder objections (engineering, leadership, legal), and suggests actionable mitigations. Use it when you need a multi-faceted, robust evaluation to strengthen your plan before committing resources.

A rigorous process for conducting an honest post-mortem review of executed strategic decisions. It scores outcomes against pre-committed success and kill criteria, re-evaluates original assumptions, and revisits preserved dissenting opinions to drive organizational learning. Essential for closing the strategic sprint loop.

This tool acts as a throughput-first pressure test for any major engineering initiative, including delivery commitments, hiring plans, or team restructuring. It systematically interrogates six critical dimensions—such as DORA metrics, cycle time, team structure, and production maturity—to ensure that any proposed plan is robust, operationally sound, and optimized for maximum delivery velocity.

This skill generates a comprehensive, structured guide for planning and facilitating any type of workshop, strategic session, or collaborative meeting. It covers the entire lifecycle, including defining clear objectives, designing detailed activities with instructions, managing group dynamics and conflicts, and ensuring concrete commitments and next steps are captured. Ideal for project managers, trainers, and team leads.

Draft concise AAAI author responses (rebuttals) under strict character limits, no-URL rules, and no-new-results guidance. Prioritize decision-critical factual corrections, handle AI-generated reviews, and optimize limited space to influence SPC/AC discussions.

This guide provides detailed rules for structuring supplementary material (technical appendices, code/data ZIPs, multimedia) for AAAI submissions. It emphasizes that core contributions and essential evidence must reside in the main paper, while appendices should only deepen the argument. It covers guidelines for maintaining double-blind anonymity, ensuring immutability, and achieving reproducibility.

A comprehensive guide for structuring and writing high-quality AI research manuscripts intended for major academic conferences (e.g., AAAI). It teaches how to structure the first page for maximum impact, clearly state contributions (method, theory, system, etc.), ensure two-column readability, and address ethical limitations to appeal to a broad, non-specialist committee audience.

A comprehensive guide on writing literature reviews and related work sections, specifically tailored for high-impact journals like Acta Automatica Sinica (AAS). It teaches authors how to frame their research by focusing on the incremental contribution (delta), moving beyond simple literature listing to establish clear gaps, contrasting current limitations, and rigorously defining the work's novelty in a structured manner.

This skill provides comprehensive guidance for authors submitting to Accounts of Chemical Research (ACS). It helps researchers understand the journal's unique niche: publishing concise, first-person, narrative accounts of a research program's evolution, rather than comprehensive field reviews or primary data reports. It serves as a fit-checking tool, guiding manuscript framing, required evidence, and house style.
