This guide outlines the comprehensive steps required to convert an accepted, anonymous academic paper into its final, published 'camera-ready' version for major conferences (e.g., RecSys). It covers crucial tasks such as restoring author details, affiliations, funding, integrating rebuttal promises, ensuring proper ACM two-column reflow, and managing public code/data repository release.

This tool guides the transformation of a coded, screened corpus into a robust analytical spine for academic synthesis. It moves beyond simple annotated bibliography summaries by requiring the construction of a conceptual framework (e.g., taxonomy, theoretical model, tensions). This structure ensures the review advances theory or policy, providing a coherent, critical argument for the field.

This guide details the comprehensive steps required after an ACM conference paper has been accepted. It covers critical stages including obtaining shepherd approval, de-anonymizing the work (restoring author names, funding, and system details), reflowing the paper using the acmart template, and submitting both the source code and the final PDF through the ACM Publishing System (TAPS). It emphasizes releasing public artifacts for reproducibility.

This comprehensive guide outlines the mandatory steps for transforming an accepted, anonymized academic paper into the final ACM Digital Library Camera-Ready format. It covers de-anonymization, adhering to ACM metadata standards (DOI, ORCID, CCS concepts), integrating reviewer feedback, and ensuring permanent reproducibility of code and traces.
