This guide provides detailed rules for structuring supplementary material (technical appendices, code/data ZIPs, multimedia) for AAAI submissions. It emphasizes that core contributions and essential evidence must reside in the main paper, while appendices should only deepen the argument. It covers guidelines for maintaining double-blind anonymity, ensuring immutability, and achieving reproducibility.

This comprehensive guide details the essential steps required to transition an accepted, anonymous conference paper into the final, public 'camera-ready' version for major academic publications like ACM MM. It covers de-anonymization, completing ACM eRights forms, incorporating CCS concepts, releasing permanent code/data artifacts, and preparing for the final presentation.

This guide outlines the stringent reproducibility and data requirements for submitting manuscripts to Agricultural Systems (AgSy). Because AgSy treats code, models, and algorithms as research data, authors must learn how to deposit all materials in a recognized repository (e.g., Zenodo, OSF), cite them permanently, and document the model structure, parameters, and versions. It provides a checklist for building a reproducible research workflow.

A comprehensive guide for authors preparing manuscripts for submission to The Economic Journal (EJ). It covers format requirements, single-blind review guidelines, author-date referencing, JEL codes, data/code policy (Zenodo), and the detailed submission process via Editorial Express. Use this checklist for the final mechanical gate check before submission.

This guide provides expert knowledge on the history, etymology, and correct modern usage of the em dash (—). It covers various punctuation marks—including commas, semicolons, and colons—and offers specific guidelines on when to use them in professional writing, technical documentation, and code comments. It emphasizes adapting punctuation rules for different media types.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting to top-tier computer vision conferences (like ICCV). It details the new single-deadline workflow, emphasizing the parallel production of code and videos. Learn how to structure supplementary materials for maximum reviewer impact, including detailed ablation studies, failure mode galleries, and maintaining strict double-blind anonymity in the archive.

This guide provides detailed standards for structuring and writing manuscripts submitted to the INFORMS Journal on Computing (IJOC). It mandates a precise, methods-forward, and quantitative voice, ensuring the paper is accessible to both Operations Research (OR) and Computer Science (CS) audiences. Key elements covered include abstract structure (≤300 words, no formulas), rapid contribution framing in the introduction, and using numbered pseudocode for methods.

This guide clarifies what constitutes an 'artifact' for pure-theory venues like ITCS. It emphasizes that the core deliverable is not code or functional components, but the mathematical argument itself. Successful evaluation relies on providing complete, self-contained proofs within the submitted PDF, along with citing dependencies precisely. It details how to handle minor computational content to ensure static, verifiable checks.

This guide polishes academic prose to meet the rigorous standards of top economics and accounting journals (e.g., JAE). It ensures the writing is precise, hypothesis-driven, and structured according to positive-accounting tradition. It covers mandatory elements like structured sections (numbered), Harvard author-date referencing, and required packaging (Highlights, Keywords, JEL codes).

This guide helps authors prepare manuscripts for high-impact journals, specifically detailing the mandatory requirements for data and code transparency (e.g., JPART). It outlines how to build a complete, reproducible package, including master scripts, documentation (README), data availability statements, and managing potential data restrictions, ensuring publication acceptance is not stalled by materials.

A comprehensive pre-submission checklist designed for academic authors preparing manuscripts for top-tier journals. It systematically verifies critical details such as footnote conventions, reference formatting, anonymity protocols, word count adherence, and the inclusion of supplementary data/code, ensuring compliance with the journal's most current submission guidelines.

This comprehensive guide details the entire editorial review process for quantitative economics publications, covering stages from initial desk screening through to pre-acceptance reproducibility checks. It provides critical insights into expected timelines (4-5 months), desk-reject risks, the Econometrica transfer option, and mandatory data/code preparation requirements. It is designed to set clear professional expectations for authors throughout the academic publishing cycle.
