Skill UI

This comprehensive dashboard tracks and analyzes usage metrics for AI coding assistants (Cursor) in enterprise environments. It monitors total requests, model consumption, user adoption rates, and associated costs. Managers can use it to optimize resource quotas, control AI spending, and calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) to justify AI tool adoption.

A comprehensive guide to managing and reducing costs associated with Obsidian's paid services (Sync, Publish) and external API calls from community plugins. Learn how to audit vault size, implement secure exclusion patterns for sync, and utilize coding techniques like caching and rate limiting to control usage fees from external services (e.g., AI).

Defines strict guidelines for creating and maintaining Excel financial models, covering zero formula errors, industry color coding, number formatting, documented assumptions, and mandatory use of Excel formulas to ensure accuracy and auditability before recalculation.

Creates detailed implementation plans for multi-step tasks by outlining file responsibilities, concrete coding/testing steps, and commit guidance so developers can execute with no prior context.

Fetches a Gmail message by ID and extracts its body or headers, with options for text or JSON output, HTML decoding, and dry-run previews to streamline email inspection in scripts.

Command-line skill for sending Gmail messages with recipients, subject, body, HTML, attachments, CC/BCC, drafts, and a dry-run preview so automation scripts can deliver reports or notifications while respecting RFC encoding.

This tool functions as a post-task epilogue, designed to audit and record the entire research journey. It scans the conversation history at the end of a coding or research session to extract critical research artifacts, including decisions, experiments, dead ends, claims, heuristics, and major pivots. It systematically writes this provenance data into the structured `ara/` directory, ensuring a faithful and auditable trace of how the project truly evolved.

TextMe is a local daemon that transforms your smartphone into a powerful remote control for Claude Code sessions. By bridging inbound iMessages (from whitelisted numbers) through services like Sendblue, users can interact with their AI session on their laptop, executing code, navigating filesystems, sending voice notes, and receiving real-time updates. Ideal for supervising headless workstations or coding while away from your desk.

This skill acts as a central router, helping users determine the correct specialized skill or workflow to tackle development challenges. It guides the entire software development lifecycle, from initial idea refinement (Idea -> Ship) and prototype testing, to managing complex multi-session builds and handling incoming bugs via triage. It is essential for navigating the vast ecosystem of AI coding agents.

Context Kit is an external framework designed to organize and manage personal, durable context data (like identity details, memories, and domain knowledge) into secure Markdown artifacts. It helps users set up robust knowledge bases for coding agents (e.g., Claude Code), guiding them on best practices for data privacy, local storage, and safe integration, while preventing sensitive data leaks.

A comprehensive guide designed to verify academic manuscripts against journal-specific guidelines (e.g., CEQ). It covers all critical aspects before submission, including citation style (author-date, not footnotes), abstract limits, keyword selection, JEL coding, document anonymity, and data reproducibility, ensuring a smooth submission process and minimizing formatting rejections.

Ask Matt is a workflow router designed to help users select the appropriate skill or flow from the mattpocock/skills repository. It guides users through various stages like idea refinement, implementation, and codebase maintenance. The tool manages context hygiene, handles session handoffs, and triages incoming issues, ensuring efficient navigation through complex coding agent workflows.
