Skill UI

This skill helps users maintain a structured and comprehensive record of their daily activities, progress, key decisions, and learning outcomes. It creates a dedicated file for each day using the ISO date format (yyyy-mm-dd), ensuring that all entries are organized chronologically. By adhering to concise, third-person reporting, it helps users build a valuable, reviewable knowledge base of their journey and accomplishments.

A powerful tool for conversational time tracking. Users simply report time spent in plain language (e.g., "read papers 2h, gym 1h"), and the skill parses this into structured rows (Activity, Minutes, Date) within your Notion database. It ensures data integrity by flagging any uncertain details as 'To-confirm' rows and batch-asking questions, preventing data fabrication. Use it for logging daily activities or performing time reviews.

This guide provides a structured methodology for planning complex academic research publications, especially those governed by multi-deadline cycles. It emphasizes backward scheduling, accounting for non-compressible physical processes like hardware deployment and energy campaigns. It helps researchers sequence activities from initial topic selection through building, measurement, writing, and handling potential resubmission requirements across two distinct academic deadlines.
