Skill UI

An essential orchestrator for authors submitting to the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (JPAM). This skill guides authors through the entire academic writing lifecycle, routing them based on the article type, stage, and required methodological rigor. It ensures the paper maintains strong policy relevance and credible causal identification, bridging economics, political science, and public management.

This comprehensive workflow guide is designed to structure the entire manuscript preparation process for submission to The Journal of World Economy. It acts as a router, ensuring that research systematically progresses from establishing an open-economy positioning and defining causal questions, through literature review, cross-border mechanism analysis, to final submission and rebuttal preparation.
