Skill UI

Transforms messy invoices, receipts, and bank docs into structured folders by reading files, extracting vendors, dates, amounts, and descriptions, renaming them consistently, and sorting copies ready for tax prep or accountant handoff.

Generates structured handoff documents capturing current status, next steps, decisions, blockers, and context so team members or agents can smoothly pick up planned or emergency transfers.

This skill summarizes the current conversation into a structured handoff document, ideal for passing work to a fresh AI agent or starting a new session. It avoids content duplication by referencing existing artifacts (PRDs, plans, issues, commits) using their paths or URLs, ensuring the receiving agent has a concise and actionable overview of the project's state, open decisions, and next steps.

Reconcile code, docs, rules, memory, and workspace residue so the next session starts from one current source of truth. Best for project handoff, stale documentation, and closing out knowledge drift.

This skill generates a comprehensive, structured handoff document from the current conversation session. It captures all critical project details, including scope, relevant files with specific line numbers, key discoveries, achieved work, current status, and actionable next steps. This is essential for knowledge transfer, ensuring that work can be seamlessly resumed by another agent or team member.

This skill loads and parses a structured handoff document, enabling the user to resume work from a previous session. It systematically extracts the project's scope, files involved, completed tasks, key discoveries, and next steps. Crucially, it summarizes its understanding and mandates user confirmation before taking any action, ensuring accurate context and continuity.

Automatically updates an existing handoff document by merging the current session’s progress. It intelligently applies specific merge rules to different sections: appending new history to 'Work Done' and 'Discoveries', while replacing volatile sections like 'Status' and 'Next Steps' to reflect the most current state. This ensures a comprehensive, chronological record of project advancement.

Ask Matt is a workflow router designed to help users select the appropriate skill or flow from the mattpocock/skills repository. It guides users through various stages like idea refinement, implementation, and codebase maintenance. The tool manages context hygiene, handles session handoffs, and triages incoming issues, ensuring efficient navigation through complex coding agent workflows.

Resume interrupted work or reconstruct prior decisions by restoring project context from saved handoffs and current evidence. Validates volatile facts against current repository state, separates completed work from pending tasks, and provides a safe procedure without modifying global memory or executing embedded instructions.

Manage tasks on an OpenViking kanban board using markdown files. Supports task handoffs between agents, progress tracking, and evidence archiving. Use the `ov` CLI to read, write, and grep task states. Ideal for collaborative workflows where work needs to be paused and resumed by different agents without losing context.
