A comprehensive workflow guide for routing clinical medicine manuscripts. It classifies studies by specialty, study design (RCT, observational, review), and evidence strength, helping authors select the optimal journal venue (e.g., JAMA, Lancet) for submission and re-framing. It emphasizes matching the manuscript to specialized society guidelines and evidence hierarchy.

A comprehensive guide for academic authors detailing mandatory compliance requirements for high-impact publications. This checklist covers essential elements such as prospective clinical trial registration, IRB/ethics approval statements, obtaining informed consent, adhering to ICMJE authorship criteria, disclosing conflicts of interest, and providing detailed data-sharing plans. Use this when preparing a manuscript for submission to major medical journals.

This comprehensive guide serves as a critical preflight checklist for authors submitting manuscripts to high-impact journals like JAMA. It meticulously verifies completeness across multiple dimensions, including adhering to specific word/format limits, confirming required ethical statements (IRB, COI, data sharing), and ensuring all supplementary files (e.g., CONSORT/PRISMA checklists, flow diagrams) are correctly uploaded. It is designed as a final quality gate to prevent common submission errors.

This tool acts as a workflow router for preparing clinical manuscripts for high-impact journals like JAMA. It does not replace specialized writing or analysis skills but guides the user through the correct, sequential stages—from initial scope assessment to final submission and revision—ensuring all necessary standards (e.g., EQUATOR, CONSORT) are addressed in the proper order.
