This deep-dive tool automates the complex process of migrating notes and knowledge bases from various platforms (such as Notion, Evernote, Roam, etc.) into Obsidian. It handles critical conversions like stripping platform-specific UUIDs, converting internal links to optimized Obsidian wikilinks ([[...]]), and correctly formatting attachments and YAML frontmatter, ensuring a seamless transition and preserving the structural integrity of your knowledge base.

Formats Markdown into Slack-ready HTML or mrkdwn, previews the Slack-style rendering, copies rich HTML to the clipboard, and optionally delivers announcements via webhooks for messages and notifications.

Creates and edits Obsidian Flavored Markdown, covering frontmatter, wikilinks, embeds, callouts, math, diagrams, and other vault-specific syntax so notes render correctly when working in Obsidian or referencing its features.

This comprehensive skill assists authors in assessing the suitability of their optics or photonics research for Nature Photonics. It details the journal's high-impact positioning, required scope (fundamental light-matter interaction, quantum photonics), the necessary breakthrough evidence bar, and the specific structural and stylistic requirements (abstract, introduction, methods) needed for submission success. Use it to refine your manuscript and understand the journal's editorial expectations.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting the New Journal of Physics (NJP). It helps authors assess if their broad-scope physics manuscript is a suitable fit for the venue, detailing the required scope (e.g., quantum, AMO, condensed matter), the technical evidence bar, necessary structure, and house style requirements before official submission. This is a crucial pre-submission checklist and framing tool.

A comprehensive guide for authors considering Physical Review E (PRE) as a target venue. It details the journal's scope in statistical, nonlinear, and soft-matter physics, emphasizing methodological rigor over headline novelty. Use this skill to assess if your manuscript meets the required standards for completeness, reproducibility, and technical depth before submission.

This skill is designed for in-house legal operations teams managing outside counsel. It executes the full lifecycle of external engagement, covering matter allocation (matching the right firm by practice area and jurisdiction), drafting detailed matter instructions (scope, budget, timeline), generating firm onboarding checklists (conflict clearance, e-billing setup), and auditing existing instructions for gaps. It streamlines the entire process from selection to execution.

This skill converts an agreed initial scope into a comprehensive, structured, and executable matter plan. It supports multiple operating modes, including full detailed plans, high-level matter summaries, deep workstream task plans, rolling wave planning for fluid scopes, and crucially, updating the plan directly from unstructured correspondence (emails, meeting notes). It is essential for Legal Project Management (LPM) to ensure ownership, sequence, and dependencies are explicit.

A specialized skill for legal project management, designed to model, review, and optimize legal matter team structures. It identifies resource conflicts, assesses team gearing (ensuring the right grade mix is used), plans for team continuity during absences, and analyzes resource over-allocation across multiple matters. It helps law firms ensure cost efficiency and appropriate staffing levels.
