Skill UI

This skill converts an agreed initial scope into a comprehensive, structured, and executable matter plan. It supports multiple operating modes, including full detailed plans, high-level matter summaries, deep workstream task plans, rolling wave planning for fluid scopes, and crucially, updating the plan directly from unstructured correspondence (emails, meeting notes). It is essential for Legal Project Management (LPM) to ensure ownership, sequence, and dependencies are explicit.

This skill automates the complex process of building shared, structured glossaries and article links from a research paper source manifest within an Obsidian vault. It guides the user through semantic review, selection, and executes a robust, multi-stage batch write process (Triage, Inventory, Writer, Linker) to ensure high provenance integrity and content consistency.

A model-routing advisor for complex legal research and analysis tasks, including issue-spotting, rule application, and case law interpretation. It guides users in selecting the optimal Large Language Model (LLM) by assessing critical factors such as stakes (risk), cost, speed, and data jurisdiction. It provides a structured recommendation (Primary, Fallback, Avoid) to ensure decision support, not legal advice.

This skill provides access to the Judilibre API, enabling users to search and retrieve judicial decisions from the French judicial system (e.g., Court of Cassation). Users can conduct detailed searches using keywords, filtering by specific chambers, jurisdictions, or date ranges. It also allows reading the full text of a specific ruling, providing structured metadata and the complete legal context. Ideal for legal researchers and students.

A comprehensive tool for producing highly structured briefs on statutes and legislative Acts. Utilizing the MAPS and RULES framework, it maps the entire statutory architecture, extracts operative provisions as rule-modules, and optionally applies the law to specific scenarios. Ideal for deep legal analysis, compliance review, and understanding complex legal texts.

This skill interviews users to extract project vision, decisions, and preferences into durable documentation like README and ADRs. It follows a structured loop: checking existing docs, asking varied questions, and updating documents after every answer. The goal is to save user judgment and knowledge into clear markdown files. It ensures consistency and captures the project's core identity through back-and-forth interaction.

This skill converts dense text, articles, or complex notes into clean, highly structured, and hierarchical bullet points. It is ideal for summarization, academic studying, or creating organized notes where strict readability and clear parent-child relationships are required. It eliminates prose and paragraphs, enforcing a pure bullet format for maximum structural clarity and memorization.

This skill facilitates structured, bidirectional reading and knowledge synthesis for academic texts, theories, and articles. It forces users to first capture the source material's original intent, before critically mapping its relationships, conflicts, and absorptions against the CrossFrame framework. It ensures structured output with clear source boundaries, making it ideal for deep learning and scholarly work.

This expert tool orchestrates the complete onboarding experience for new team members in technical or remote-first organizations. It provides a structured roadmap covering pre-arrival preparation (access setup, documentation), Day 1 orientation, technical stack immersion (CI/CD, codebases), and cultural integration (buddy system). Use this when you need a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to rapidly transition new hires into productive, integrated team members.

This skill extracts full transcripts and rich metadata from a single YouTube video URL. It uses yt-dlp to download subtitles, cleans VTT timing markers, and pulls video details (title, channel, date). The output is a structured, queryable Markdown file, ideal for populating a personal knowledge vault and enabling downstream knowledge graph extraction or content repurposing.

This skill guides the creation of comprehensive, structured strategic documents (SSOT, life vision, principles) using a strict, iterative interview-style methodology. Instead of generating content, the AI asks one focused question at a time. The user provides the answer, and the AI patches the document incrementally, ensuring the user remains the primary author. It is ideal for deep reflection, strategic planning, and building authoritative knowledge bases.

Transform messy meeting notes and transcripts into structured action items, decisions, and follow-ups. Ideal for corporate teams needing accountability and clarity from meetings.
