Design and implement a unified operational workflow for managing notifications sourced from disparate tools like GitHub, Linear, local hooks, and chat platforms. This skill addresses notification fragmentation, alert noise, and redundancy by establishing clear severity levels, ownership, routing channels, and next operational actions into a single, cohesive pipeline.

This skill provides operations for managing and processing messages, including translation and routing. It is designed for use in workflows that require message handling and localization.

Manages and optimizes project workflow operations, covering task routing, pipeline tracking, and coordination across teams. Useful for standardizing delivery processes and keeping projects moving.

This skill acts as a crucial routing guide for academic researchers targeting top-tier Chinese journals in economics, management, and social sciences. By analyzing the manuscript's discipline, problem level, methodology, and target audience, it helps users select the most appropriate journal, preventing common submission errors and optimizing the publication path.

This comprehensive orchestrator guides authors through the entire manuscript lifecycle for Comparative Political Studies (CPS). It is designed to ensure that the paper maintains a genuinely comparative argument—across countries, regions, or time—at every stage, routing the user to the correct next skill (e.g., theory building, research design, data analysis). It does not generate content; it directs the scholarly workflow.

This tool serves as the central orchestrator for Criminology manuscripts. It guides researchers through the entire academic lifecycle, from initial idea generation to final submission and rebuttal. It ensures the manuscript makes a theoretical or measurement contribution, rather than just reporting a correlation, by routing the user to the appropriate specialized skill based on the paper's stage and conceptual gap.

This advanced routing skill guides researchers through the complex process of submitting manuscripts in agriculture, environment, and earth science. It does not replace a single journal profile, but rather classifies the work by sub-field, contribution type, and evidence shape. By evaluating pre-routing gates (e.g., evidence strength, scale match), it determines the best specialist venue for re-framing and submission.

A comprehensive workflow guide for routing clinical medicine manuscripts. It classifies studies by specialty, study design (RCT, observational, review), and evidence strength, helping authors select the optimal journal venue (e.g., JAMA, Lancet) for submission and re-framing. It emphasizes matching the manuscript to specialized society guidelines and evidence hierarchy.

This skill is a comprehensive routing guide for scholarly manuscripts in the humanities. It assists users by classifying submissions based on sub-field (e.g., history, philosophy, literature), contribution type (argument, theory, interpretation), and methodological approach. It helps determine the optimal target journal among various specialized and generalist venues, ensuring the manuscript is correctly framed for scholarly review and fit.

An essential orchestrator for authors submitting to the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (JPAM). This skill guides authors through the entire academic writing lifecycle, routing them based on the article type, stage, and required methodological rigor. It ensures the paper maintains strong policy relevance and credible causal identification, bridging economics, political science, and public management.

This skill acts as an expert orchestrator for authors submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (JPSP). It guides users through the complex publication lifecycle by first determining the correct specific section (ASC, IRGP, or PPID) and then routing them through the necessary developmental stages, including literature positioning, study design, data analysis, and writing style. It ensures the manuscript meets the criteria of a multi-study, long-format academic package.
