Skill UI

This skill provides a comprehensive framework for performing authorized penetration testing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). It uses specialized tools like GCPBucketBrute to enumerate publicly accessible storage buckets and audits IAM policies to identify overly permissive role bindings. The process includes checking service account keys and mapping potential privilege escalation paths, generating actionable, risk-scored reports for robust cloud security posture management.

A comprehensive guide for performing authorized security assessments on GraphQL APIs. This skill covers key areas such as endpoint discovery, schema introspection, testing for authorization flaws (BOLA/BFLA), injection vulnerabilities (SQL/NoSQL), and denial-of-service risks. Essential for penetration testers and bug bounty researchers targeting modern web applications.

A comprehensive solution for performing Operational Technology (OT) vulnerability assessments using the Claroty xDome platform. It automatically discovers assets, correlates vulnerabilities using CVE and ICS-CERT advisories, and calculates risk scores. This method is designed for compliance requirements (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and initial asset risk profiling, relying on passive monitoring and safe querying rather than active scanning or penetration testing.

This skill assesses SSL/TLS server configurations using the sslyze Python library. It evaluates critical security parameters including supported protocol versions (TLS 1.0-1.3), cipher suite strength, certificate chain validation, HSTS enforcement, and known vulnerabilities like Heartbleed and ROBOT. Essential for security audits and compliance testing.

This comprehensive guide details the process of performing authenticated and unauthenticated vulnerability assessments using Tenable Nessus. It covers everything from advanced scan configuration (port discovery, credentialing, plugin setup) to detailed result analysis, including cross-referencing CVEs and prioritizing remediation based on CVSS scores and exploit availability. Ideal for compliance auditing, penetration testing, and maintaining system patch compliance.

A comprehensive guide for performing systematic security assessments on web applications. Following the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG), this process identifies critical vulnerabilities such as broken authentication, authorization flaws (IDOR), SQL injection, and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). The workflow covers reconnaissance, mapping, and advanced testing techniques using tools like Burp Suite and sqlmap, ensuring deep coverage beyond automated scanner capabilities. Ideal for pre-production security validation and compliance audits.

Nikto is a powerful, open-source web server and web application scanner designed for comprehensive vulnerability assessment. It tests over 7,000 potentially dangerous files and checks for critical issues like XSS, SQL injection, outdated versions, and misconfigurations across modern web applications. Ideal for security audit, penetration testing, and validating web server security controls.

A comprehensive guide and toolkit for advanced network reconnaissance using Nmap. It covers sophisticated techniques including service version detection, vulnerability scanning via Nmap Scripting Engine (NSE), firewall evasion methods (e.g., fragmentation, decoy addressing), and structured output parsing for integration into vulnerability management pipelines. Essential for authorized penetration testing.

A comprehensive security script designed to test REST API authentication mechanisms for common vulnerabilities. It assesses broken token validation, missing authentication on critical endpoints, weak password policies, and session management flaws. The tool specifically evaluates JWT implementation, API key handling, and adherence to OWASP API Security Top 10, helping identify authentication bypasses before production deployment.

A comprehensive guide for systematically assessing web applications and APIs for broken access control vulnerabilities (OWASP A01:2021). The methodology covers role-based access control (RBAC) auditing, horizontal and vertical privilege escalation, and multi-tenant data leakage using tools like Burp Suite, ffuf, and custom scripts. Essential for authorized penetration testing and security audits.

A comprehensive guide for assessing the security of JSON Web Token (JWT) implementations. This toolkit details attacks against cryptographic weaknesses, including algorithm confusion (e.g., RS256 to HS256), 'none' attacks, brute-forcing HMAC secrets, and claim manipulation. Ideal for penetration testing and security audits of modern APIs and SSO systems.

This skill provides a comprehensive framework for simulating and testing disaster recovery plans against ransomware threats. It guides users through measuring Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO), validating clean backup restores, and hardening security controls to ensure organizational resilience. It is designed for tabletop exercises and compliance auditing, not for active incident response.
