Skill UI

This skill details the architecture and deployment of a Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP). It covers integrating open-source CTI tools like MISP, OpenCTI, TheHive, and Cortex into a unified system. Users learn to set up feed ingestion pipelines, implement STIX/TAXII interoperability, and build analyst dashboards for comprehensive threat analysis and incident response.

This guide details advanced techniques for authorized security assessments, focusing on forced browsing. It helps testers discover hidden administrative pages, unprotected APIs, and configuration files by systematically enumerating URLs and challenging application access control mechanisms. Techniques involve using tools like ffuf and Gobuster for comprehensive path and directory discovery.

This skill provides comprehensive methods for collecting and synthesizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) regarding threat actors, malicious infrastructure, and attack campaigns. It utilizes public data sources, passive reconnaissance tools (like WHOIS, Certificate Transparency), and specialized platforms (Maltego, Shodan, SpiderFoot) to map adversary context and perform pre-engagement intelligence gathering for authorized red team assessments. Emphasis is placed on passive collection techniques to ensure legality and operational security.

Guide for assessing AWS, Azure, and GCP environments with tools such as Pacu, ScoutSuite, and Prowler to uncover IAM weaknesses, exposed storage, insecure serverless functions, and cloud-native attack chains.

A comprehensive guide covering methodologies for conducting authorized penetration testing across major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. It details the shared responsibility model, techniques for exploiting IAM misconfigurations, testing for SSRF vulnerabilities to cloud metadata services, and utilizing industry tools like Pacu and ScoutSuite. Findings are mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK Cloud matrix for robust reporting.

A comprehensive guide to simulating Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks using industry-standard tools like Bettercap, Ettercap, and mitmproxy. This technique is strictly for authorized penetration testing environments to assess cryptographic controls, validate TLS certificate pinning, and test network defense mechanisms against ARP/DNS spoofing and sniffing.

A comprehensive framework for assessing network security posture. This skill guides the tester through the entire penetration testing lifecycle, from reconnaissance and host discovery (using tools like Nmap) to service enumeration, vulnerability identification (CVEs), and controlled exploitation (Metasploit). It is essential for validating firewall rules, ensuring compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS), and stress-testing critical infrastructure security.

This comprehensive skill guides users through designing and executing advanced social engineering penetration tests. It covers simulating real-world attacks, including phishing (email), vishing (voice), smishing (SMS), and physical pretexting. The goal is to measure an organization's human security resilience, identify training gaps, and test security controls across multiple vectors using tools like GoPhish and SET.

This skill guides the setup of Host-Based Intrusion Detection Systems (HIDS) using industry-standard tools like Wazuh, OSSEC, or AIDE. It covers essential security practices, including File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) for critical directories, monitoring system calls, detecting configuration changes, and identifying rootkits. It is crucial for meeting regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS) and significantly enhancing overall endpoint security posture.

This skill provides comprehensive guidance on detecting network reconnaissance and port scanning activities using industry-standard IDS/IPS systems like Suricata and Snort. It covers various scanning techniques (e.g., SYN, FIN, NULL, Xmas scans, UDP sweeps) and advanced detection methods, including signature matching, threshold-based alerting, and traffic anomaly analysis to identify tools like Nmap and Masscan.

A comprehensive skill for detecting early-stage ransomware indicators before data encryption occurs. It utilizes advanced network detection tools such as Zeek and Suricata, combined with SIEM correlation rules and threat intelligence feeds. This method monitors the entire pre-encryption kill chain, identifying precursor behaviors like initial access broker activity, Cobalt Strike C2 beaconing, credential harvesting (e.g., Mimikatz signatures), and data staging attempts, enabling timely incident response and containment.

A comprehensive guide to detecting sophisticated rootkit activity and persistent threats that evade standard security tools (like Task Manager or EDR). Techniques include cross-view process analysis, identifying System Service Descriptor Table (SSDT) hooks, kernel module analysis, and network connection forensics using tools like Volatility. Use this when standard monitoring fails, and deep system integrity checks are required.
