A comprehensive tool and guide for detecting and exploiting NoSQL injection vulnerabilities in MongoDB, CouchDB, and similar databases. It simulates advanced attacks such as authentication bypass, blind data extraction using regex, and JavaScript execution via the $where operator. Ideal for penetration testers and security researchers assessing APIs and web applications backed by NoSQL backends.

This skill guides the detection and exploitation of JavaScript prototype pollution vulnerabilities. It covers both client-side (DOM XSS) and server-side (RCE, Auth Bypass) attacks by injecting properties into Object.prototype using keys like `__proto__`. Use this when assessing APIs that deep-merge or clone user-controlled JSON data, or for general web application security testing.

This skill provides a structured methodology for threat hunting DNS-based persistence mechanisms. It detects unauthorized changes such as DNS hijacking, dangling CNAME records enabling subdomain takeover, wildcard DNS abuse, or unauthorized NS delegation modifications. By utilizing passive DNS history (e.g., SecurityTrails API) and auditing cloud DNS logs (Route53, Azure, Cloudflare), users can identify persistent attack vectors that survive traditional remediation efforts.

This skill helps detect NTLM relay attacks (T1557.001) by analyzing Windows Security Event ID 4624 (logon type 3) for NTLMSSP usage. It flags critical anomalies such as IP-to-hostname mismatches, evidence of LLMNR/NBT-NS poisoning, rapid cross-domain authentication, and verifies SMB signing status. It is essential for proactive threat hunting and security incident investigation in Active Directory environments.

A comprehensive guide for implementing centralized security controls on API gateways (e.g., Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure APIM). It covers critical defense layers including JWT-based authentication enforcement, advanced rate limiting and throttling, request validation against schemas, TLS termination, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) integration. Use this when establishing a robust, layer-7 security posture for microservice APIs.

This comprehensive guide details robust techniques for managing the entire API key lifecycle. It mandates secure key generation with high entropy, server-side hashing (SHA-256/bcrypt) to prevent plaintext storage, and implements granular controls like per-key scoping (endpoints, IPs, rate limits). Key features include zero-downtime key rotation workflows and automated monitoring for key leakage across code repositories and logs. Ideal for server-to-server API authentication.

This solution enforces strict data contract validation for all APIs using OpenAPI Specification (OAS) and JSON Schema. It ensures that all incoming requests and outgoing responses conform to predefined structures. By implementing validation at both the API Gateway (runtime) and during development (shift-left), it effectively prevents critical security vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, unauthorized data leakage, and mass assignment.

Implements API Security Posture Management (API-SPM) to continuously discover, classify, and risk-score all APIs (internal, external, partner, shadow). It aggregates security findings from DAST, SAST, SCA, and runtime monitoring to provide a unified, continuous view of API risk and compliance across the enterprise.

This skill implements comprehensive API security testing using the 42Crunch platform. It combines static analysis (API Audit) on OpenAPI definitions, dynamic vulnerability scanning (API Conformance Scan) against running APIs, and runtime threat protection. Ideal for integrating OWASP API Security Top 10 checks into CI/CD pipelines and IDEs, enabling 'shift-left' security practices.

This guide details implementing comprehensive API security using Google Apigee. It covers multiple advanced policies, including JSON/XML content validation, regex injection detection (SQLi, XSS), rate limiting (SpikeArrest), and robust OAuth 2.0 enforcement. Use this when shielding critical APIs from OWASP API Top 10 threats and malicious client abuse patterns.

A comprehensive guide on implementing AWS CloudTrail log analysis for robust security monitoring, threat detection, and forensic investigation. Learn how to configure CloudTrail, use Amazon Athena for SQL querying, and leverage CloudWatch Logs Insights and SIEM integration to identify unauthorized access, privilege escalation, and suspicious API activity across AWS services.

This utility implements comprehensive Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP) by monitoring compute workloads on cloud instances (EC2/GCE). It provides runtime security controls, detecting process anomalies, unauthorized binary execution, cryptomining activity, and suspicious network connections using AWS and Google APIs. Ideal for establishing robust security postures and meeting compliance requirements.
