Provides authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets, and hardening patterns for designing secure auth flows, managing tokens, configuring CORS, and implementing best practices around API keys, JWT, OAuth, and rate limiting.

Checklist covering Spring Security best practices for authentication, authorization, validation, CSRF, secrets, headers, rate limiting, dependency scans, and logging in Java Spring Boot services.

A comprehensive guide and skill for building robust, production-ready REST API endpoints. This skill covers full lifecycle development, including input validation, centralized error handling, authentication/authorization checks, CRUD operations, pagination, and generating proper API documentation. It ensures that back-end services are secure, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices.

This guide provides a deep, investigation-driven methodology for reviewing Django and Django REST Framework (DRF) codebases. It helps identify critical authorization gaps, focusing on Insecure Direct Object References (IDOR) and object-level access failures. Learn how to trace data flows, analyze custom managers, and verify that users can only access resources they are explicitly authorized to view or modify.

Standardized expert guidance for return authorization, inspection, grading, disposition decisions, refunds, fraud detection, and vendor recovery in retail and e-commerce operations.

This tool parses API Gateway access logs from various providers (AWS, Kong, Nginx). It performs statistical analysis using pandas to detect critical security threats such as Broken Object Level Authorization (BOLA/IDOR), credential stuffing, rate limit bypass attempts, and injection vulnerabilities. Ideal for SOC analysts or security engineers investigating API abuse and building advanced threat detection rules.

A comprehensive utility designed to assess the security posture of modern APIs, including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC. It strictly follows the OWASP API Security Top 10 framework, testing for critical vulnerabilities such as Broken Object/Function Level Authorization (BOLA/BFLA), SQL/NoSQL injection flaws, and weaknesses in authentication mechanisms like JWT manipulation. Essential for security engineers and penetration testers validating complex microservice architectures and API gateways.

A comprehensive guide to configuring secure OAuth 2.0 authorization flows, covering best practices for Authorization Code with PKCE, Client Credentials, and Device Authorization Grant. Learn how to implement mandatory security controls, manage token lifecycles, and align with OAuth 2.1 standards to build robust identity and access management systems.

This skill provides a comprehensive guide to deploying a Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP) compliant with the CSA v2.0 specification. It details implementing core zero trust mechanisms, including Single Packet Authorization (SPA) and mutual TLS (mTLS), using a controller and gateway architecture. Use this when establishing invisible, identity-centric network access (dark cloud) to harden infrastructure, enforce strict zero trust policies, or meet advanced compliance requirements.

This skill details methods and SIEM rules to detect API enumeration attacks, including BOLA and IDOR. It identifies patterns such as sequential ID iteration, parameter tampering, and mixed authorization failure responses (401/403). Use this guide for threat hunting, security incident investigation, and hardening API access control monitoring.

A specialized tool/methodology to detect Broken Object Property Level Authorization (BOPLA), covering two critical OWASP API security flaws: Excessive Data Exposure and Mass Assignment. Use this when auditing APIs to ensure that data returned in responses is limited to only what the client needs, and that updates/writes are strictly filtered to prevent attackers from modifying unauthorized object properties.

Execute deep, stealthy red team exercises that emulate real-world sophisticated adversaries. This process maps attacks to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, testing an organization's entire security posture—including detection, incident response, and containment capabilities (Blue Team). It is designed for simulating full attack lifecycles (initial access, lateral movement, exfiltration) to validate security investments and meet regulatory requirements (TIBER-EU, CBEST). Requires executive authorization and defined Rules of Engagement.
