This tool serves as a comprehensive workflow router for authors submitting manuscripts to The Economic Journal (EJ). It does not write content but guides users through the entire academic publishing lifecycle. By identifying the current bottleneck—whether it's broadening the topic, strengthening causal claims, improving robustness, or polishing the writing style—it accurately directs the user to the next specialized skill needed, ensuring the final work meets the journal's standards of broad relevance and technical rigor.

This skill guides researchers on how to position an economic policy manuscript's contribution against two critical frontiers: the existing academic literature and the current, live policy debate (e.g., central bank statements, commission proposals). It teaches authors to synthesize a single contribution sentence that moves both the academic and the policy conversation, ensuring the paper is timely, impactful, and highly relevant to policymakers.

A comprehensive guide for positioning econometric research papers for submission to The Econometrics Journal (EctJ). It emphasizes making the novelty legible to both econometricians and applied users by focusing on a leading-case contribution within a stringent 20-page limit. Techniques include defining the 'Frontier layer' and 'Use layer' of related work, and placing citations strategically to maximize impact and demonstrate a sharp, applied delta.

This comprehensive workflow router guides researchers through the entire lifecycle of preparing a manuscript for the European Economic Review (EER). It systematically diagnoses bottlenecks and maps the optimal sequence of specialized skills—from refining the general-interest topic, building causal identification, strengthening theory models, checking robustness, to mastering the writing style and managing the final submission package. It ensures the academic output meets the high standards of a top-tier economics journal.

A router skill that determines which specialized er-* sub-skill to invoke next for manuscript workflow from topic selection to rebuttal, tailored for the CSSCI journal Economic Research Journal. It diagnoses bottlenecks and suggests the next step in the research pipeline, including topic selection, introduction, theory, identification, robustness, and rebuttal.

This guide provides a comprehensive strategy for navigating the rigorous developmental review cycle of top-tier academic journals. It teaches users how to interpret complex decision letters (Desk Reject, Major R&R), identify binding concerns from both editors and reviewers, and strategically determine if a revision effort is worthwhile before resubmission.

This comprehensive router guides researchers through the entire manuscript lifecycle for submissions to Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice (ETP). It determines the optimal sequence of specialized skills needed at every stage, from initial topic selection and theoretical development, through rigorous data analysis, contribution framing, to final submission and rebuttal preparation. Use this when you need to diagnose a bottleneck or determine the next necessary step in your academic writing process.

This skill guides authors through the process of evaluating if their general economics manuscript is suitable for high-tier venues like the European Economic Review (EER). It focuses on re-framing niche research to appeal to a broad readership, ensuring methodological rigor, and meeting the stringent standards for both empirical evidence and theoretical contribution, while also detailing common desk-reject triggers.

This package guides researchers on assembling a comprehensive deposit to meet the high standards of Experimental Economics (ESA) journals. It is crucial for academic submissions, ensuring that the materials—including participant instructions, experiment software, raw data, and master analysis code—are complete enough for others to both reproduce the statistical findings and replicate the entire economic experiment.

This skill is a comprehensive fit assessment tool for authors submitting applied corporate finance manuscripts to the Financial Management journal. It guides users on the journal's specific scope, required empirical rigor, ideal article structure, and common desk-reject themes. It helps authors position their work for maximum relevance to both academics and industry practitioners.

This router guides researchers through the entire lifecycle of submitting a manuscript to the Financial Management (FM) journal. It is designed to diagnose the current bottleneck and sequence the specialized steps needed, covering everything from initial topic selection and literature positioning to empirical design, writing refinement, and rebuttal letter strategies. It ensures the work meets the high standards of applied finance journals.

This guide outlines the rigorous, multi-stage process for submitting camera-ready versions for a top-tier academic conference like FOCS. It details the critical difference between the official IEEE proceedings and the public arXiv/ECCC full version. Key steps include de-anonymization, maintaining source consistency across both documents, updating author details, and preparing for conference talks and awards eligibility.
