This module provides minimal working examples for the OpenEvidence API, designed for clinical intelligence applications. Users can perform complex clinical queries to get treatment recommendations, check potential drug interactions based on patient context, and search for authoritative medical guidelines from major health organizations (e.g., ACC/AHA). Ideal for developing evidence-based healthcare decision support systems.

This deep dive guide provides comprehensive strategies and detailed checklists for migrating to the OpenEvidence platform. It covers various migration methods, such as parallel run, Strangler fig, and Big bang approaches. The guide assists technical teams in planning the transition by addressing key areas including API mapping, data migration plans, rollback procedures, and performance baselines, ensuring a secure and smooth transition for healthcare IT systems.

This guide outlines the strict multi-environment setup for the OpenEvidence clinical AI system, crucial for maintaining HIPAA compliance. It details how to configure and validate separate environments (Development, Staging, Production) to manage different data classifications—synthetic, de-identified, and full PHI. The process emphasizes environment validation checks, BAA adherence, and robust audit logging to prevent regulatory violations and PHI exposure.

This comprehensive checklist guides the secure and compliant deployment of OpenEvidence, a clinical decision support system. It covers critical requirements for handling Protected Health Information (PHI), including HIPAA-grade security, robust API integration best practices, mandatory monitoring setup, and resilience testing. Use this guide to ensure your healthcare-adjacent system meets the highest standards of compliance and reliability.

Automates Openrouter workflows using Rube MCP’s Composio toolkit, walking through tool discovery, connection checks, and schema-compliant execution for reliable orchestration.

This skill demonstrates advanced techniques for managing high-volume API calls to LLM services via OpenRouter. It implements multi-key round-robin strategies, incorporating health checks and circuit breakers to distribute load across multiple API keys. It also covers concurrent request processing using asyncio and provider-level failover, ensuring high availability and maximizing throughput when facing rate limits.

This skill provides comprehensive tools to monitor the real-time availability, status, and performance of various large language models (LLMs) accessed via OpenRouter. It supports active health probes, catalog checks, and scheduled monitoring via Python and Bash, ensuring robust fault detection and failover logic for production systems that rely on external AI APIs.

Use this tool to query, filter, and compare over 400 available AI models from OpenRouter. It allows users to check pricing, context lengths, model capabilities (e.g., tool calling), and select the best model based on specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency in AI development.

This skill provides a comprehensive guide to understanding OpenRouter's API billing structure. It teaches users how to accurately calculate costs based on prompt (input) and completion (output) tokens. Users can utilize provided scripts to estimate costs, check credit balances, and implement cost-saving strategies like using `:floor` or `:free` model variants. Ideal for budgeting, performance comparison, and production cost tracking.

A comprehensive technical audit checklist designed to validate the production readiness of OpenRouter API integrations. It covers critical areas including security practices (e.g., secret management, key rotation), system reliability (e.g., fallbacks, retries, timeouts), and observability requirements (e.g., structured logging, cost tracking). Use this guide before launching or during major operational reviews to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant deployments.

A comprehensive workflow bundle designed for system administrators and developers. It guides users through the entire lifecycle of system management and shell scripting across Linux, macOS, and Windows. Key phases include environment assessment, writing robust Bash scripts, advanced debugging techniques, linting with ShellCheck, and rigorous test automation using Bats, ensuring scalable and reliable automation.

Guides users to automate parallel workflows using Composio’s Parallel toolkit through the Rube MCP bridge, emphasizing tool discovery, connection checks, schema compliance, and execution patterns.
