Skill UI

This orchestrator manages the entire end-to-end pipeline for preparing technical talks, transforming raw materials—whether code commits (REX mode) or conceptual articles—into polished revision sheets. It sequentially runs through multiple stages (Research, Concepts, Scripting, Revision) with human-in-the-loop checkpoints, ensuring a structured and comprehensive content creation workflow.

Work with Outpost Bio's open microbiome foundation models: embed taxonomic profiles, fine-tune Waypoint checkpoints, benchmark on Compass, pretrain on Atlas, and convert MetaPhlAn, Kraken2, QIIME 2, or MGnify tables via the waypoint CLI.

Orchestrate complex multi-phase objectives into guided sequences of skill invocations. Use for shipping SaaS MVPs, web security audits, AI agent systems, browser QA, and DDD domain modeling with verified checkpoints.

This skill enables independent auditing of AI agent, gateway, or automation workflow runs. It reconstructs events from traces, checkpoints, and tool calls to verify success claims without trusting self-reports. Users establish contracts, build claim ledgers, normalize evidence, rank witnesses, and assign verdicts like proven or contradicted. It ensures integrity in multi-step automation and separates autonomous success from human-assisted outcomes.

Condense a long agent conversation at a verified phase boundary by writing a durable checkpoint that preserves constraints, evidence, decisions, artifacts and the next action, so a fresh context can resume the same task without repeating work or losing state.

Learn to design Jev-assisted workflows using collected use cases, references, and examples. Adapt patterns for classification, scoring, or candidate selection, including batch judgments and agent checkpoints.

Plans first, then orchestrates dynamic multi-agent workflows with adversarial verification via a local odw daemon or native fallback. Supports 16-100 parallel agents, sandboxed scripts, SQLite checkpoints, and crash-resume for tasks spanning many files or items.

Create repository-based execution contracts for multi-session implementation work, with stable task IDs, evidence gates, checkpoints, and exact resume state for fresh agents.

This skill provides guidance for implementing tasks using structured workflow patterns, specifically following Conductor's TDD (Test-Driven Development) workflow. It helps manage phase checkpoints, organize git commits, and execute rigorous verification protocols. Use it when adhering to a defined development plan, ensuring quality gates are passed, and managing the entire lifecycle from initial planning to final validation.
