Skill UI

Retrieve and apply OpenViking Experience memories via the Agent runtime's search and read tools. Use before or during executable, multi-step, or tool-based work like coding, configuration, deployment, and failure recovery to improve reliability.

This skill deploys the OpenMed Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, exposing critical clinical NLP tools such as NER, PII extraction, and de-identification. It enables AI coding agents and chat clients to interact with OpenMed's capabilities via simple tool calls, running locally on-device to ensure user data privacy and security. Supports both stdio and Streamable HTTP deployment modes.

This skill enables the execution of OpenSquilla agents against complex, real-world software engineering benchmarks (SWE-bench). It runs the entire process—from pulling the necessary Docker image to collecting the patch and running official evaluations—in a containerized environment. Use it to test an agent's ability to solve specific coding issues, benchmark performance across datasets (e.g., verified, multilingual), or verify if a generated patch successfully resolves an instance.

This skill allows delegating self-contained coding tasks to assistants like Codex or Claude Code via non-interactive background processes. It supports feature development, code review, and refactoring. Use OpenSquilla's exec_command and process tools to manage sessions, poll output, and send inputs without blocking the main workflow. Ideal for tasks requiring substantial file exploration.

Performs static security analysis on GitHub Actions workflows that incorporate AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI). This skill helps identify critical data flow vulnerabilities, such as where attacker-controlled input can reach AI agent prompts or internal systems via CI/CD pipelines, going beyond simple expression checks.

This skill creates, revises, or audits AGENTS.md files based on repository evidence and verified commands. It ensures coding agents understand the workflow without rediscovering it while preserving maintainer intent. It manages instructions for monorepos and nested packages using focused diffs.

Use this skill to deeply inspect and audit the entire process of local AI coding-agent sessions. It tracks critical operational metrics such as token consumption, cost spikes, tool failures, latency anomalies, and overall health scores. Ideal for debugging unreliable code runs, establishing CI/CD health gates, or comparing different attempts to ensure semantic accuracy.

Secure AI coding agents with permission boundaries, secret protection, code review gates, and safe sandbox configurations for team environments. Covers Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Codex security implementations including CLAUDE.md configuration, command allowlists, filesystem access controls, and pre-commit hooks for secret scanning.

This toolkit provides six production-ready AI engineering workflows including prompt evaluation, context budget planning, RAG pipeline design, agent security audits, evaluation harness building, and product sense coaching. It transforms AI coding assistants into senior engineering partners with structured methodologies, quantitative scoring, and checklists for consistent results in LLM system optimization and security.

Forensic analyzer for AI coding sessions. Identifies root causes of scope drift and rework by classifying user specs, agent errors, and repo friction. Generates evidence-backed reports to improve future prompts and project health.

This skill reviews repository architecture using Ontoly Software Graph and MCP capabilities. It helps explain architecture, module boundaries, package topology, service ownership, and architectural risks. It utilizes capabilities like ExplainArchitecture, GraphStatistics, FindCycles, and FindDependencies to provide evidence-based analysis. Suitable for coding agents requiring architectural insights without manual file searching.

Ask Matt is a workflow router designed to help users select the appropriate skill or flow from the mattpocock/skills repository. It guides users through various stages like idea refinement, implementation, and codebase maintenance. The tool manages context hygiene, handles session handoffs, and triages incoming issues, ensuring efficient navigation through complex coding agent workflows.
