This comprehensive playbook guides the testing of Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) misconfigurations. It focuses on detecting critical vulnerabilities such as reflected origins, wildcard trust misuse, credentialed cross-origin reads, and bypasses in origin allowlists. Use this when analyzing browser-based access and trust boundaries for authenticated APIs.

This skill uses Python and boto3 to analyze AWS CloudTrail logs. It establishes statistical baselines of normal API activity and detects various anomalies, such as unusual event sources, first-time API usage, geographic IP deviations, and high-frequency calls. This is critical for identifying credential compromise, privilege escalation, and unauthorized resource access in a security incident.

A comprehensive guide to hardening AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) configurations. This skill enforces least-privilege access by utilizing IAM Access Analyzer, setting permission boundaries, scoping policies, and managing credential rotation. It is crucial for reducing the blast radius of compromised accounts and passing compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS).

This skill provides advanced detection methods for credential dumping, covering LSASS memory access, SAM hive extraction, and NTDS.dit theft (e.g., using Mimikatz). It utilizes Sysmon Event ID 10 and Windows Security logs to enable threat hunting, assisting SOC analysts in triaging EDR alerts and building robust SIEM correlation rules.

This skill guides the implementation of dynamic secrets using HashiCorp Vault. It focuses on generating short-lived, ephemeral credentials for services like databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), AWS IAM, and PKI certificates. By automating credential generation, lease management, and rotation, it eliminates the risk associated with storing long-lived static secrets, ensuring compliance with zero-trust security models (PCI-DSS, NIST).

This comprehensive guide details how to use industry-leading tools like TruffleHog and git-secrets to scan source code repositories, full git history, and configuration files for hardcoded AWS credentials and secrets. It is essential for integrating secrets detection into CI/CD pipelines, performing proactive security audits, and ensuring compliance by preventing sensitive keys from reaching production environments.

This skill details how to abuse the Windows DPAPI (Data Protection API) to extract and decrypt sensitive secrets protected by the OS. It covers multiple scenarios: online decryption (using the target user's context), offline decryption (requiring passwords or NTLM hashes), and advanced domain-wide decryption via the DPAPI backup key. Essential for red-teaming and post-exploitation activities to harvest credentials, browser logins, and Wi-Fi passwords.

This technique abuses the Active Directory's `msDS-KeyCredentialLink` attribute to inject attacker-controlled public keys (Shadow Credentials). After gaining write access (e.g., via BloodHound), the attacker uses tools like pyWhisker or Certipy to append their key. They then authenticate via PKINIT to recover the target's NT hash, achieving complete account takeover without the disruptive step of a password reset. Ideal for stealthy red-teaming engagements.

The Neon AI Gateway provides a single API endpoint and one credential to access a diverse catalog of frontier and open-source LLMs (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta, Alibaba, and DeepSeek). This unified layer simplifies integration by eliminating the need for separate provider accounts and managing model-specific SDK complexities. It allows developers to switch between models seamlessly by changing only the model name, while also providing crucial branch-scoped isolation for development and CI environments.

This specialized skill is designed for in-depth security and forensic analysis of Windows secrets protected by DPAPI. It maps the entire lifecycle of encrypted credentials, tracing the flow from the initial protected blob or masterkey through the context unwrapping (e.g., user logon, machine context, domain backup keys) to the specific service that finally accepts the plaintext secret. Use this to prove the decisive access edge in a complex compromise scenario.

This specialized downstream skill is designed for deep analysis of complex attack paths originating from Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). It systematically tracks the entire exploitation chain: from the initial SSRF source (e.g., webhook, URL parameter) through internal service reachability, metadata endpoint exploitation, credential extraction, and finally, demonstrating how an attacker achieves accepted access or elevated privileges. Use this when tracing the decisive path through server-side requests and credential pivoting.

This document serves as a comprehensive reference for credential store terminology and access policies. It details how credentials are securely managed and accessed within the system, helping users understand the rules governing sensitive data storage.
