Skill UI

A comprehensive guide maintained by Supabase for optimizing Postgres performance. It provides critical rules and best practices across query performance, schema design, connection management, and security (including RLS). Use this skill when writing, reviewing, or optimizing complex SQL queries, database schemas, or configurations to ensure optimal database health and performance.

This guide provides comprehensive strategies for implementing privacy-safe analytics using PostHog. It addresses critical compliance requirements like GDPR and CCPA, covering explicit consent management (opt-in/opt-out), real-time property sanitization (stripping PII like IP or tokens), and methods for handling Data Subject Access Requests (SAR) and the Right to Erasure. Use this to build highly compliant and privacy-preserving analytics pipelines.

This guide provides a comprehensive, production-grade architecture for implementing analytics using PostHog. It covers best practices for event taxonomy design, SDK layering (client and server), feature flag management, and integrating the data pipeline (CDP). Ideal for tracking user lifecycle, feature adoption, and revenue in complex web applications.

Specializes in building modern, high-performance Rails 7+ web applications. Expertise includes optimizing Active Record queries (N+1 prevention), implementing partial page updates with Hotwire (Turbo Frames/Streams), handling real-time communication via Action Cable, and managing background jobs using Sidekiq. The process includes rigorous RSpec testing and database schema management.

A senior specialist for building modern, production-grade React applications using React 19, Server Components, and Next.js App Router. Expertise includes implementing complex state management (Redux, Zustand), optimizing performance with memoization, handling data fetching with TanStack Query, and ensuring strict TypeScript typing and accessibility standards. Ideal for architecting large-scale frontend systems.

Comprehensive guide to managing data securely in Replit applications. This skill covers three core storage systems: PostgreSQL for structured data and complex queries; Replit KV Database for caching and session management; and Object Storage for file uploads and blobs. Learn best practices including parameterized queries, TTL implementation, and secure data access patterns.

This guide identifies and explains common anti-patterns and critical pitfalls encountered when building applications on the Replit platform. Topics include data persistence, secret management, networking bindings, and environment configuration. Use this resource when conducting code reviews, onboarding new developers, or auditing existing Replit applications for best practices.

A comprehensive guide to implementing secure secrets management practices for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. It covers using industry-leading tools like HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, and GCP Secret Manager to securely store, retrieve, and automatically rotate credentials (API keys, database passwords, TLS certificates) without hardcoding them into source code. Includes best practices for least-privilege access and audit logging.

This module provides the essential three pillars for building robust full-stack applications on Supabase. It implements comprehensive user authentication (including OAuth, email/password, and session management), secure file storage (uploading, downloading, and managing signed URLs), and real-time data subscriptions (listening to Postgres changes, presence, and broadcasts). It is crucial for developing modern, live-updating, and highly secure web services.

This guide provides comprehensive, actionable methods to audit and significantly reduce Supabase operational costs. It covers advanced database tuning (vacuuming, index cleanup, bloat management), efficient storage lifecycle management, connection pooling strategies, and optimal plan selection. Use this when analyzing high billing reports, identifying resource waste, or implementing robust cost-saving measures in a cloud environment.

This comprehensive skill guides the full lifecycle management of Supabase projects in a production environment. It covers essential DevOps practices, including running database migrations, deploying Edge Functions, managing secrets, implementing zero-downtime blue/green rollouts, and executing robust rollback procedures and post-deployment health checks. Ideal for ensuring stable and reliable production deployments.

Implements a robust, enterprise-grade Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system for Supabase. This skill teaches how to store custom roles (e.g., admin, editor, viewer) in JWT claims (`app_metadata`), enforce granular permissions, and scope access at the row level using PostgreSQL RLS policies. It covers organization scoping, role hierarchy management, and API key protection.
