Skill UI

Pause, resume, or complete a RuFlo AI team while preserving its tenant-local evidence. This skill reads current state, explains that pausing or completing only changes coordination state, and preserves evidence. It has no data-deletion, public-sharing, or external-action capabilities.

This skill helps vet Telegram channels for advertising by analyzing reach benchmarks, subscriber authenticity, and topic relevance. It guides users to calculate CPM based on actual views and deletion windows, identifying red flags like ad networks or fake subscribers to ensure effective media buying.
