Skill UI

A comprehensive guide and workflow to create or update a single, reusable product marketing context document. This tool captures foundational elements—such as positioning, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), use cases, and core messaging—ensuring brand consistency and preventing the need to repeat core business information across multiple projects and tasks.

This skill provides a comprehensive, structured workflow for creating, authoring, and refining new agent skills. It guides users through gathering requirements, drafting structured documentation (SKILL.md), adding utility scripts, and optimizing the skill description for optimal agent recognition. Ideal for system architects and developers building complex AI agent toolsets.

This skill helps discover new Japanese Natural Language Processing (NLP) resources, including GitHub repositories and Hugging Face models/datasets, that are not yet documented in the awesome-japanese-nlp-resources list. It analyzes a given topic, suggests candidates using web search, and outputs contribution-ready markdown for easy integration.

A comprehensive intelligence tool designed for clinical researchers to navigate the complex NIH grant landscape. It utilizes a detailed 6-step intake process (covering research idea, career stage, and data status) to perform a multi-faceted positioning analysis. The system maps research to appropriate NIH institutes using RePORTER data and generates an editable Word document containing actionable mechanism recommendations, submission timelines, and strategic guidance for funding applications.

This skill facilitates a rigorous, documentation-anchored design review session. It challenges a proposed plan by cross-referencing it against the project's established domain glossary (CONTEXT.md), historical architectural decisions (ADRs), and the current codebase. It forces the user to resolve ambiguities, define precise terminology, and validate design trade-offs using concrete scenarios, ensuring all decisions are captured and documented inline.

This advanced skill acts as a hybrid router for complex research queries. It deterministically classifies the user's intent, delegating to specialized modules (e.g., funding grants, academic literature, patent search, company dossier) when applicable. If no specialist fits, it executes a robust fallback plan, synthesizing multi-source information into a detailed, cited briefing or document. Ideal for comprehensive investigative research across multiple domains.

A specialized tool for internal operations leaders to document complex, end-to-end business workflows (e.g., procurement, onboarding, claims adjudication) using BPMN-style notation. It applies Lean and Six Sigma principles to measure cycle time, quantify value-add ratios, and deterministically identify process bottlenecks and root causes, moving beyond simple pipeline tracking.

This skill is designed for Heads of Procurement or BizOps leaders conducting annual category reviews. It analyzes complex enterprise spending patterns by categorizing costs using UNSPSC standards, identifying the top cost drivers (Pareto analysis), and diagnosing bottlenecks in the purchasing cycle. It generates a defensible, risk-balanced plan for supplier consolidation, ensuring no critical tier-1 category is collapsed to a single source without documented contingency plans.

This skill generates comprehensive Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and database schemas as D2 source code from an existing Entity Framework Core codebase. It analyzes DbContexts, DbSet declarations, Fluent API mappings, and migrations to accurately visualize tables, columns, primary/foreign keys, relationships (including many-to-many joins), owned types, and constraints. The output is a structured .d2 file, suitable for rendering into SVG or PNG, helping developers document the persistence model.

A powerful Python skill for adding professional callouts, arrows, and labels to various images, including screenshots, diagrams, and architecture documents. It allows users to visually highlight specific areas or changes. The advanced `annotate.py` module provides algorithmic label placement, optimizing for readability and preventing overlaps. Ideal for creating clear PR descriptions, documenting changes, or building annotated demo assets.

This powerful router analyzes complex document types (scanned, medical, table-heavy, etc.) and determines the optimal conversion pipeline (tools, flags, cleanup) to extract data into various formats like Markdown, JSON, or DOCX. It goes beyond simple text extraction by prioritizing the preservation of document structure, relational data, and high fidelity, ensuring the generated output is accurate for downstream machine processing.

This comprehensive skill provides a full workflow for creating high-quality, annotated animated GIFs and screen recordings. It supports capturing multi-step UI interactions using Playwright, assembling dynamic GIFs with imageio, applying variable frame timing, and adding sophisticated annotations (including fade-in effects) for clear documentation, pull request descriptions, or release note demos.
