Skill UI

A comprehensive guide for optimizing computer science manuscripts targeting the USENIX Annual Technical Conference (ATC). It covers core systems research fields (OS, networking, storage, security), defining the required evidence bar (built artifacts, clean evaluation), and re-framing the paper's contribution to align with top-tier systems venue expectations.

This guide outlines the rigorous standards for establishing causal claims in development economics and social sciences. It covers robust quantitative methods (like DID, IV, RDD, RCT) and structured qualitative/mixed-methods approaches. The core principle is that the logical route from evidence to claim must be explicitly defensible and matched to the strength of the assertion, avoiding over-claiming.

This guide helps scholars rigorously defend the methodological design of academic papers, particularly in International Relations and Comparative Politics. It covers advanced techniques such as process tracing, case selection logic, quantitative cross-national panel data analysis (DID, IV, RDD), and experimental design. Its core purpose is to strengthen causal claims by explicitly addressing selection bias, defining scope conditions, and ruling out major rival explanations.

This skill guides the creation of self-contained, highly accessible, and reproducible exhibits (tables, figures, maps) for World Politics manuscripts. It addresses strict length limits by differentiating between core arguments (in the article) and supplementary material (online appendix). It emphasizes visual communication excellence, moving beyond simple coefficient tables to forest plots and event studies to convey magnitude and uncertainty effectively.

This skill guides authors in polishing academic manuscripts for top-tier comparative politics and International Relations journals. It ensures the work reads broadly across cases, front-loads the core argument, adheres to strict house styles (author-date, anonymity), and fits demanding word count limits. Ideal for final drafting and submission preparation.

This skill revises legal prose to match the high standards of major academic journals, ensuring clarity and readability for a generalist legal audience (e.g., non-specialist scholars, judges, and practitioners). It focuses on making the argument visible in the main text, maintaining a confident, plain voice, and properly balancing supporting material in footnotes with core reasoning in the body. Ideal for final polish passes before submission.

This skill guides researchers in transforming raw empirical findings into robust, portable, field-level theoretical contributions suitable for top-tier journals. It provides a structured framework for elevating results by defining explicit communication mechanisms, establishing scope conditions, and articulating observable implications. It ensures the work contributes to the core body of theoretical communication knowledge, moving beyond simple effect documentation.

This guide helps researchers structure and refine academic papers for the Journal on Communications (JOC). It provides a framework for separating core, decision-making content (main text) from supporting details (appendices/supplementary material), ensuring the manuscript remains scientifically rigorous yet adheres to strict length constraints (e.g., ~12000 characters). It teaches how to use a 'decisive three-question' standard.

This guide outlines the strategic process for authors responding to major or minor revisions (R&R) for academic journals, particularly in public administration. It teaches how to structure a diplomatic, point-by-point rebuttal letter that satisfies both expert reviewers and handling editors. Key strategies include reconciling conflicting demands, explicitly addressing every comment, and protecting the paper's core scholarly contribution and practical evidence.

This tool systematically audits and scores defined AI agents to ensure they are correctly scoped, highly specific, and safe for programmatic orchestration. It checks for description ambiguity, over-permissive tool grants, and anti-patterns that break headless workflows. Use it when onboarding new agents, integrating agent fleets, or debugging inconsistent multi-agent selection.

This tool audits all existing skills within the current project. It performs a comprehensive quality check, validating frontmatter completeness, tool scoping, and content quality against established standards. It produces a detailed, scored report, including effort-level recommendations for each skill. Ideal for new project onboarding, pre-release quality assurance, or diagnosing skill triggering issues.

This utility analyzes code changes within a branch compared to the base branch. It calculates a complexity score, detects scope coherence issues (warning if changes are too large or unrelated), and generates a fully structured Pull Request (PR) draft. It automates the creation of titles, comprehensive descriptions (including checklists and technical details), and even suggests splitting the PR into smaller, manageable units, significantly improving code review quality and efficiency.
