This comprehensive guide outlines the entire peer-review pipeline for the Journal of Computer-Aided Design & Computer Graphics (JCAD&CG). It details every stage, from initial editor screening and double-blind expert review, through major/minor revisions, to final acceptance. It helps authors understand their current status, expected next steps, and how to manage the academic submission timeline effectively.

This guide helps researchers properly structure graphical and CAD papers submitted to academic journals. It details the separation of core, 'decisive' evidence (main results, key figures) that must reside in the main text, versus 'extensive' supplementary materials (videos, extra data, full derivations). It emphasizes maintaining the self-sufficiency of the main article while ensuring all necessary evidence is presented.

This guide assists researchers in validating if their proposed topic aligns with the scope of the Journal of Computer-Aided Design & Computer Graphics (JCAD&CG). It systematically checks the core contribution, focusing on graphics, geometry, visualization, VR/AR, and CAD/CAE techniques, helping authors ensure sufficient technical increment and preventing rejection due to scope mismatch.

This guide provides a comprehensive checklist and style manual for authors submitting papers to the Journal of Computer-Aided Design & Computer Graphics (JCAD&CG). It covers all necessary formatting details, including the four elements of a reportative abstract, the problem-gap-contribution structure, adherence to GB/T 7714 citation standards, and specific rules for graphical evidence presentation in CAD and graphics research.

A comprehensive pre-submission audit checklist designed for high-quality technical papers in Computer Graphics, CAD, and Visualization. It guides authors through rigorous standards, covering formatting requirements (20-word title, structured abstracts), mandatory academic components (Chinese/English abstracts, TP classification), ethical guidelines (plagiarism, double-submission), and specific technical details (vector graphics, error maps) required by top-tier Chinese academic journals.

This comprehensive guide provides advanced methodological strategies for authors submitting to the Journal of Economic Geography (JEG). It addresses critical challenges in establishing causal inference using spatial data, such as spatial autocorrelation, spillover effects (SUTVA violations), and structural elasticity identification. It covers modern techniques for spatial DID, Network Equilibrium Models (NEG), and qualitative case studies, ensuring methodological rigor.

This guide provides advanced strategies for positioning a research contribution within the complex academic landscape of Economic Geography. It emphasizes that strong positioning must bridge multiple, distinct scholarly frontiers (e.g., quantitative-spatial economics and evolutionary geography) rather than focusing on a single literature, ensuring the work meets the rigorous standards of top-tier journals.

A comprehensive guide for authors responding to major revisions on highly selective, cross-disciplinary journals (like JEG). It teaches how to structure a rebuttal letter that successfully addresses conflicting feedback from referees—balancing econometric rigor with regional geographic context—ensuring the core contribution remains intact.

A comprehensive guide for authors submitting manuscripts to cross-disciplinary journals (e.g., Economics and Geography). It details how to anticipate and pre-emptively address systematic objections from two distinct scholarly communities, ensuring the paper satisfies both rigorous quantitative methods and deep spatial theory. Use this when your work bridges two fields and needs to survive double-anonymous review.

This comprehensive guide details how to build a robust, credible, and shareable replication package for a Journal of Economic Geography (JEG) manuscript. It focuses heavily on documenting spatial data provenance, handling version control for boundaries and projections, and scripting complex spatial joins to preempt reproducibility concerns, even though JEG's policy is post-acceptance.

A comprehensive preflight checklist for submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Economic Geography (JEG) via Oxford University Press (OUP). This guide ensures authors meet strict academic standards, including double-anonymous scrubbing, adherence to word/abstract limits, proper ORCID inclusion, and correct formatting for successful initial review.

This guide provides essential best practices for presenting spatial evidence in academic papers, particularly in economic geography. It emphasizes that maps and tables must make an explicit argument—show variation, spatial discontinuity, or gradients—rather than merely decorating the data. Learn how to properly report spatial model coefficients, handle projections, and avoid common cartographic and statistical pitfalls.
