Skill UI

A specialized skill for creating highly structured, measurable, and strategically aligned Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). It guides product teams, startups, and departments in setting ambitious goals by defining clear objectives and quantitative key results. It actively flags common anti-patterns, such as vanity metrics or output-based goals, ensuring all KRs are measurable and tied back to the company's North Star metric.

Transforms complex raw product metrics into a clear, actionable health narrative. This skill analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user lifecycle—including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—against set OKRs and benchmarks. The output is a comprehensive report providing overall health status, key observations, hypothesized root causes for performance dips, and prioritized, actionable next steps with assigned owners.

This skill generates a sophisticated prioritization matrix by combining quantitative RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) scoring with qualitative Strategic Alignment ratings. Use this when multiple features compete for resources, requiring a balanced decision between sheer user impact and adherence to core business OKRs. The output provides a scored priority matrix, quadrant placement (Now, Next, Later, Drop), and explicit sequencing recommendations.

Transforms a prioritized product roadmap into a compelling, non-technical narrative that explains the 'why' and 'how' of product evolution. Ideal for presenting strategy to executive leadership, boards, or all-hands meetings, ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable OKRs and anticipating stakeholder questions. Outputs a complete story arc, executive summary, and scope definition.

A comprehensive dashboard designed for tracking team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). It visually displays the current quarter's theme, three primary objectives, and detailed progress bars for each Key Result (KR). Users can monitor status, identify owners, and view high-level summaries to ensure the team stays aligned and on track towards quarterly goals.

It covers all aspects of the build pipeline, including selecting appropriate configurations (Development vs. Shipping), cooking content, setting the game default map, and executing the build via both the editor GUI and the command line (RunUAT BuildCookRun). Essential for releasing stable, optimized games.

A comprehensive guide to product analytics, covering event tracking, funnels, cohort retention, north star metrics, OKRs, and dashboards. Examples include PostHog implementation and Python code for retention analysis. Ideal for product managers and data analysts seeking data-driven decisions.
