Skill UI

A comprehensive audit tool designed to ensure academic paper compliance before submitting to major AI conferences like NeurIPS. It systematically checks adherence to the CFP, double-blind anonymity across all assets (PDF, code, data, supplement), correct track selection, and avoids common desk-rejection pitfalls, ensuring the submission is ready for OpenReview.

Converts a research paper or PDF into an ARA-structured artifact, validates it, and ingests into OpenViking as a resource. Handles claims, evidence, figures, tables, and full document parsing from PDFs or URLs.

This guide details the rigorous, post-acceptance process for preparing a research paper for IEEE Xplore publication. It covers crucial technical steps beyond simple formatting, including complete de-anonymization, adhering to the IEEEtran template, finalizing metadata (ORCID, index terms), passing PDF eXpress compliance, securing eCopyright, and properly linking open data repositories with DOIs.

This guide details the specific rules for assembling supplementary material for PODS submissions. It covers how to correctly partition content between the main 15-page body and the appendix, ensuring all mathematical proofs are complete, self-contained, and included within a single PDF file. It also addresses double-anonymous hygiene and page budget discipline.

This comprehensive guide serves as a preflight checklist for authors submitting manuscripts to academic journals, specifically targeting the Quantitative Economics (QE) journal. It details critical formatting rules, membership requirements, fee structures, and procedural best practices, ensuring authors perform a thorough self-review before final submission to minimize rejection risks.

A comprehensive preflight checklist designed for authors submitting to the Quarterly Journal of Economics (QJE). This guide ensures manuscripts comply with strict academic standards, including single-PDF formatting, double-blind anonymization protocols, and correct author-date referencing, saving time and improving submission quality.

This guide details the comprehensive steps required after an ACM conference paper has been accepted. It covers critical stages including obtaining shepherd approval, de-anonymizing the work (restoring author names, funding, and system details), reflowing the paper using the acmart template, and submitting both the source code and the final PDF through the ACM Publishing System (TAPS). It emphasizes releasing public artifacts for reproducibility.

This comprehensive guide details how to architect a lengthy, complex academic paper into a single, highly navigable PDF. It establishes a two-tier document model, separating self-contained 'Front Matter' from verifiable 'Back Matter.' Learn best practices for structuring proofs, ensuring dependency order, and implementing critical navigation aids (like claim indexes and TOCs) so reviewers can follow the argument flow seamlessly, even without traditional supplementary files.

This comprehensive pre-upload audit guide ensures submissions meet the strict technical and anonymity requirements for UAI OpenReview. It covers critical aspects like the 8-page main body constraint, combining all content into a single PDF, handling file size caps (15MB/50MB), and performing an identity sweep to maintain double-blind review standards.

This comprehensive guide outlines the rigorous, multi-step process required for authors to finalize and submit their accepted papers for VLDB proceedings. It covers essential technical compliance points, including using the correct volume template, ensuring PDF/A compliance with embedded fonts, adhering to figure legibility rules, and detailing the permanent storage of research artifacts (DOI-backed). It also outlines the associated conference presentation obligations.

A comprehensive guide for submitting manuscripts to The World Bank Economic Review (WBER). It covers critical pre-submission checks, including adherence to the 40-page limit, single-anonymization rules, required data availability statements with DOIs, and correct formatting (PDF, double-spaced, Times New Roman). Use this checklist before submitting via ManuscriptCentral to ensure your paper meets the journal's strict formatting and policy requirements, minimizing the risk of immediate return.

This guide provides a comprehensive strategy for authors submitting to conferences like WSDM, which historically do not have a dedicated rebuttal phase. It teaches preemptive objection engineering, how to structure answers directly into the PDF, managing post-submission communication channels, and planning next steps whether accepted or rejected.
