This skill guides in-house legal teams through the full lifecycle management of external counsel panels. It produces comprehensive reports covering panel health assessment, identifying coverage gaps (practice area, jurisdiction, tier), managing firm exits with formal documentation, and scoping renewal processes (Panel Refresh Brief) for RFPs, ensuring optimal legal resource allocation and governance.

This skill automates the complex process of building shared, structured glossaries and article links from a research paper source manifest within an Obsidian vault. It guides the user through semantic review, selection, and executes a robust, multi-stage batch write process (Triage, Inventory, Writer, Linker) to ensure high provenance integrity and content consistency.

This deterministic sanitizer prepares LaTeX manuscripts for publication gates. It performs three key repairs: normalizing complex punctuation to ASCII safe equivalents, replacing unconfirmed forecast magnitudes with 'TBD' placeholders, and removing redundant figure/table placeholder commands. It ensures the manuscript is structurally sound and ready for final quality review.

A comprehensive toolkit designed for reading, reviewing, and programmatically creating high-fidelity PDF documents. It supports content extraction from existing PDFs, generating professionally formatted reports, and validating visual quality through rendering to PNG images. Ideal for tasks requiring precise typography, layout integrity, and polished final deliverables.

This skill provides a comprehensive framework for in-house legal teams to evaluate the performance of outside counsel. It guides the creation of a detailed scorecard, structures post-matter feedback forms, prepares Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, and generates comparative firm scorecards, allowing for data-driven panel decision-making.

This planner skill creates a comprehensive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) plan for deploying sites across multiple environments. It systematically gathers promotion strategies, target environments, and approval requirements, generating a visual HTML document for user review and approval. Crucially, this tool only *plans* deployments and does not execute any steps itself; subsequent individual ALM skills must be run to complete the process.

This skill estimates the download size and sync frequency cost of an offline profile before pushing it to users. It performs read-only diagnostics, verifying the profile, counting rows per table with scope filters, and calculating cache size. Useful for sanity checks before setup or assignment to prevent data cap surprises.

Generates self-contained HTML preview files that render mobile app screens in phone-frame mockups (375×812) with tab navigation and dark/light toggle. Converts Tamagui TSX components to equivalent HTML/CSS without programmatic parsing. Useful for visual verification after screen generation, sharing mockups with stakeholders, and layout validation before deployment.

This guide outlines the mandatory steps for generating approved purchase orders. Before utilizing the dedicated `create-purchase-order` tool, users must first review the current approval policy. Once approval is confirmed, the tool must be called using the correct SKU and requested quantity, and the official order template must be used for final confirmation.

This skill systematically audits Playwright End-to-End (E2E) test files. It checks for common anti-patterns, adherence to best practices, and identifies coverage gaps across the entire test suite. It provides a detailed score (1-10) and generates actionable reports, including suggested code fixes, significantly improving test reliability and maintainability.

This advanced skill performs server-enforced security and privacy reviews for applications, including those rapidly developed with AI agents. It implements comprehensive models like STRIDE (security) and LINDDUN (privacy), screens dependencies against live CVE/CISA data, and evaluates applicability of major EU regulations (GDPR, AI Act, NIS2). The output is a formal, auditable compliance report, never a simulated chat response or legal verdict.

It identifies resource conflicts, assesses team gearing (ensuring the right grade mix is used), plans for team continuity during absences, and analyzes resource over-allocation across multiple matters. It helps law firms ensure cost efficiency and appropriate staffing levels.
