Skill UI

This skill guides authors on positioning a physics manuscript for Nature Physics. It details the journal's unique editorial culture, emphasizing that submissions must demonstrate genuine conceptual advances across subfields, rather than just incremental precision. It covers scope, evidence standards, and structural requirements for cross-disciplinary communication.

This skill acts as an orchestrator for developing and submitting academic manuscripts targeting PMLA. It guides authors through the entire scholarly lifecycle, helping them determine the appropriate stage (e.g., argument development, theoretical framing, textual evidence) and the best venue (e.g., regular article, special feature). It ensures the work adheres to literary and language studies standards, emphasizing close reading and scholarly positioning.

This guide helps researchers precisely define the marginal contribution (the 'delta') of their academic work. Instead of writing a general literature tour, it instructs authors to compare their findings directly against 3-5 most proximate prior papers, emphasizing specific advancements in identification or measurement. It is crucial for submissions to high-stakes journals.

This comprehensive guide outlines the scope, required evidence, and structural standards for submitting mechanistic immunology research to Science Immunology (Sci Immunol). It details how to position studies with translational relevance, emphasizing the combination of human clinical data with in vivo mouse models. It serves as a critical tool for authors to assess the manuscript's fit, adherence to AAAS standards, and overall scientific rigor before submission.

This skill guides authors on strategically positioning data mining research for the SIAM International Conference on Data Mining (SDM). It helps adjust manuscript framing, emphasizing mathematical rigor, statistical depth, and algorithmic contribution suitable for top Computer Science venues. Use it for venue selection, understanding reviewer expectations, and structuring evidence to meet the high standards of SIAM-style research.

A guide for academics on how to position a theoretical argument within existing sociological conversations and traditions. It teaches users how to explicitly state their intervention—whether extending, challenging, reconstructing, or synthesizing existing theories—to ensure the work is taken seriously by reviewers. It covers identifying live theoretical streams and avoiding common citation errors.

A comprehensive guide for authors targeting Trends in Ecology & Evolution (TREE). It details the journal's unique positioning, emphasizing that articles must be high-level syntheses, opinions, or conceptual frameworks, rather than primary research reports. Learn how to frame your work for a broad, cross-disciplinary readership and meet the rigorous conceptual and structural standards of top-tier academic publishing.

Autonomous agents are AI systems capable of independently decomposing goals, planning actions, executing tools, and self-correcting without constant human guidance. This skill focuses on ensuring reliability in agent loops like ReAct and Plan-Execute, emphasizing goal decomposition and reflection patterns. It highlights that compounding error rates can kill autonomy, advocating for constrained, domain-specific agents over general autonomy. Build for reliability first.
